What arose in September 2016 as a project to try to create the best shoes for our little Roc, as a hobby, has grown... step by step, until it became a little company created with care and love, which seeks to fit the feet of the little ones in the most respectful and healthy way possible. ??? In 2019 we decided to take the plunge, jump into the pool, burn the ships and leave our respective jobs to focus 100% on our project. ? These last two years have been very intense, season after season, we have experienced many adventures and misadventures, high moments... but also other more stressful and hard ones. ? The global balance has been incredible, thousands of ferocious babies taking their first steps with our shoes?, parents calm and happy with the attention we have given them, solving their doubts, everything we have been able to learn about childhood, feet and free movement. .. and also all aspects related to our new life as entrepreneurs. Although for some time now, due to the increased workload, we have already turned some of our tasks and processes into the hands of professionals, we have decided that it is time to grow our fierce family. ? It is time to seek help and improve our internal team in order to improve the experience of our customers on a day-to-day basis, behind each message or comment, each question or incident... ?♀️ It is time to support more parents and children, in a faster, more empathetic and efficient way thanks to you. ????????? We have a long way to go, and we would like to do it supported by the best human team behind us, to accompany us and help us in this new stage. We have many ideas and projects in our heads, but we can't implement them...since we don't reach more, so we need to hire someone we trust to help us with all this. ? We are looking for someone who can work part-time (20 hours a week) from home with flexible hours. ?? Our intention is that if the workload increases, we can hire another person part-time, and if necessary even increase your working hours if you wish. Responsibilities: what you are going to do
Your main responsibility will be to serve our clients and make them happy through the different channels: email, social networks, comments on publications and ratings... When we talk about customers, they will be both the end customers who buy from us on the web, as well as our physical points of sale. Currently, we would also need you to give us a hand with administrative tasks that we now carry out externally, basically managing invoices and expenses. By taking care of these tasks, we can focus on the most strategic part of the business and other ideas that we have stopped in the drawer, due to lack of time. Some examples of your day to day could be the following:- Process FIERCE email daily . This will be one of the tasks that will require the most time, especially in the season of premieres or with the highest volume of orders. We'll take care of answering some messages personally, but you'll take care of all the rest. All e-mails must be answered in less than one business day. These will be some of the emails that you will have to manage in your day to day:
- Answer customer questions about our products or any other issue that arises related to feet and shoes. Basically help them in a personalized and empathetic way in everything we can.
- Communicate with experts, points of sale and collaborators who want to work with us.
- Schedule interviews and meetings.
- Communicate with our FEROZ points of sale to transmit information about collections, orders, shipments...etc. Updating them on all the news, solving their doubts and collecting their needs.
- Moderate and respond to comments on different channels: social networks (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), opinion and rating pages, posts, newsletters... We would love it if, thanks to you, we can respond to everyone in the shortest possible time. possible time.
- Document and improve business systems . We love to improve every day and many of your internal processes will need to be written down, as well as being ready to identify potential improvements to these processes. As you will be familiar with a large part of our processes, we also ask you to lend us a hand to improve them together with us.
- Administrative tasks . Manage invoices issued and received, send the appropriate information to the agency, collect and analyze the different business metrics.
Requirements: what we are looking for
We really don't care too much about your resume, what you've studied or what master's degrees you have. However, we do value a series of qualities that you must have and that are not negotiable:- You have a pro-active and non-reactive attitude. You do not let go of a matter that you do not understand or that you want to discuss and you ask yourself questions. You can identify problems and propose solutions autonomously. You like to take action and have a nice "to do" list at the end of the day.
- You are an excellent writer and communicator . This job requires writing a lot of emails and contacting a lot of people through different channels. Therefore, it is essential that you be able to communicate clearly and persuasively in writing... and of course, without misspellings or grammatical errors.
- You are very organized . We need you to like organization, planning and coordination... and you're good at it, of course. Our ideal candidate must be able to perfectly manage priorities and work well under pressure (especially at times of greatest workload, such as season premieres).
- You are comfortable with technology. Although FEROZ shoe is not a technological company, in your day to day you will have to deal with different programs and technologies. You don't have to be a computer scientist, but you do have to be easy to use and quickly learn different tools to be able to carry out your tasks efficiently.
- You have a good computer and a good internet connection . Since your work will be 100% online, it is essential that you have a computer that does not cause problems and a fast and reliable connection (preferably fiber optic). No working from a public library computer, please.
- You are a cheerful and positive person. We are looking for someone to join the project, to help us on a day-to-day basis, to row hand in hand with us in the face of difficulties... but who also wants to celebrate the successes.
