Flat, flexible, and lightweight, they protect your feet while allowing them to move freely, almost as if you were walking barefoot.
Easily adjustable thanks to the elastic strap that crosses over to secure the entire foot.
In colder weather, you can make them even warmer with our thermal insoles (sold separately).
MATERIALS
High-quality natural leather
Soft, flexible and with a natural finish. Its supple texture allows the footwear to adapt to the foot from the very first wear, providing a comfortable, foot-friendly feel and the perfect balance between structure, comfort and flexibility.
Durable and sustainable recycled suede
Made from natural suede production offcuts that are reused and combined with polyester to enhance its technical performance and structural strength. It has a soft, pleasant feel while offering excellent durability to keep up with kids’ everyday adventures.

Breathable and antibacterial insoles
All our insoles are removable and made with breathable Coolmax® technical fabric, which helps wick moisture away and keeps feet dry and comfortable throughout the day.
The base features foam with activated charcoal, which helps prevent the growth of bacteria responsible for unpleasant odours.

Your FEROZ shoes are made to accompany you for a long time.The better you take care of them, the more miles you will cover together. And taking care of them doesn't mean keeping them spotless every day.Signs of wear also tell stories.
What they need:
- A gentle cleaningand only when really necessary.
- Avoid cleaning them too much.Cleaning them too frequently can accelerate the natural wear of the materials.
- Whenever you can, clean them by hand.It is the best way to extend their lifespan. If you need to use the washing machine, choose a short cycleand a maximum temperature of 30°C. Use a natural soapand avoid fabric softener to preserve the properties of the microfiber.
- Keep them away from heat sources.Do not use a tumble dryer, radiators, or leave them to dry in the sun. High temperatures can deteriorate the rubber and alter the materials.
- Be careful with intense colors.Some shades may release a small amount of color if they remain submerged in water. In those cases, it is best to use a slightly damp, well-wrung cloth.
How to clean them by hand step by step:
- Brush dry to remove dust and surface dirt.
- Apply a natural shoe cleanerto a slightly dampened soft-bristle brush.
- Rub gently.
- Remove moisturewith a clean, dry cloth.
- Let them air dry,always away from the sun and any direct heat source.

Cómo limpiar la piel natural
- Usa un paño seco o cepillo suave para quitar el polvo.
- Limpia con trapo húmedo muy bien escurrido y limpiador específico para piel.
- Hazlo con movimientos suaves y circulares.
- Seca con mimo y deja reposar lejos de fuentes de calor o sol directo.
- Puedes hidratarlas de vez en cuando con crema apta para piel (sin siliconas).
RETURNS
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order up to 30 minutes after placing it from the "My Account" section. A full refund will be issued, and you will no longer be able to modify your order.
How do I return an item?
You have 30 days to make a return through our returns portal. Enter your order number and postal code, and select the model you wish to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a collection. Once the product arrives at our facilities, we will refund the purchase price minus the return shipping costs (€5 for Spain, €7 for Portugal, and €10 for the rest of Europe). Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Do not attach the label to the shoe box; attach it to the bag or box you used for packaging (you can use the same box the item came in).
The process of exchanging a product for another involves making a return and placing a new order, all in one step. The discount for the returned item will already be included in the new order. You can find more details here: How to Exchange a Product. Remember that you can only exchange one product per order, and you cannot create a new exchange for an existing order using this process.
