How to clean your microfibre Feroz footwear:

🧹 Dry brush with a hard shoe brush to remove excess dirt.
💧Put some natural shoe cleaner on a soft shoe brush and wet the brush slightly with water.
🧹 Brush the shoe .
🧼 Dry the shoe with a cloth.

How to clean your micronubuck Feroz footwear:


🧻Put some paper inside your Zapato FEROZ shoes to maintain their shape while cleaning.
🧹Put some natural shoe cleaner on a soft shoe brush and lightly wet the brush with water.
🧹 Brush the shoe .
💧 Dampen a cloth with water (squeeze it well) and clean the whole shoe.
⌛ Leave them to dry (but never in direct sunlight).
🧽Use a shoe sponge to match up any patches of colour (when a shoe with a Nubuck finish dries there may be different patches of colour and the sponge helps to fix this).

🧹 Dry brush with a hard shoe brush to remove excess dirt.
🧹 Brush the rubber toe with a little soap and water. 🧼 Use a cloth to dry the rubber well. 💧 Dampen a cloth with water (water only) and squeeze it very well.
🤚🏻 Clean the whole shoe .
🧹 Brush the sole with a soft brush and water.
⌛ Leave them to dry (but never in direct sunlight). 🧴 When the shoe is dry, restore the leather by applying a layer of moisturizer or colourless shoe cream. Always apply the cream to a cloth first and then spread it over the shoe.

How to cancel an order? ❌

Up to 30 minutes after placing an order you can cancel it from the " My account " section. A full refund will be made and you will no longer be able to modify your order.

How to return an item? 👟

You have 30 days to make a return from our returns portal . Enter your order number and zip code and select the model you want to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a pickup. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will refund the amount less the return costs (€5 for Spain and €10 from Europe ).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original box. Do not stick the label on the shoe box, you must stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can use the same box they came in).

What if I want a change? 🔄

We do not have the option to change. If you want to exchange your shoes for others, you must make a return following the steps mentioned above and make a new purchase. Remember that shipping costs are free for orders over €90 in Spain.

Why does it say free change sometimes? 🆓

Exceptionally and coinciding with the shipping of the shoes purchased in pre-sale, we offer a faster exchange method that consists of obtaining a gift card for the amount of the shoes you return so that you can buy new ones of the same model and color but different size. We call it a "free exchange" because even if you make a return, we do not charge the €5 fee and we give you the full amount of the shoe on the gift card so you can place a new order. Remember that for pre-sale shoes shipping is free and for the rest it is free if it exceeds €90 in Spain.
