How to cancel an order? ❌
You can cancel an order up to 30 minutes after placing it from the "My Account" section. A full refund will be issued, and you will no longer be able to modify your order.
How to return an item? 👟
You have 30 days to make a return from our returns portal. Enter your order number and postal code, then select the item you wish to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a pickup. Once the product arrives at our facilities, we will refund the item's cost minus the return shipping fees (€5 for Spain and €10 from Europe).
Please remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original box. Do not stick the label directly on the shoe box; you must stick it on the bag or box used for packaging (you can use the same box they came in).
What if I want an exchange? 🔄
The process of exchanging one product for another will involve making a return and a new order, all in the same process and with the discount for the product to be returned already included in the purchase process for the new order, we explain it better via this link ⤵️
How to exchange a product
Remember that you can only make one exchange per product in your order, and you cannot make another exchange for an order created through this process. If you want to exchange the product again, you must make a return and place a new order.
Why is "size exchange" mentioned sometimes? 🆓
Exceptionally, and coinciding with the shipment of shoes purchased on pre-order, we offer a free size exchange method before items go on sale. This consists of obtaining a discount code for the amount of the shoes you return, allowing you to purchase new shoes of the same model and color but a different size. We call it "free size exchange" because even though you make a return, we do not charge the €5 shipping fee and give you the full amount of the shoe as a credit code for the new purchase, so you can place a new order and deduct this amount from the payment. Remember that shipping is free for pre-order shoes, and for others, it's free if over €90 in Spain.
