How do I choose the right size for my Feroz shoes?
Choosing the right size is the first step for your Feroz shoes to fit your feet perfectly.
We recommend checking the size guide and the specific recommendations for each model, where you'll find information on length, width, instep and fit.
Which shoe model do I need for my type of foot?
Not all feet are the same, and neither are all our models.
On each product page you'll find information on the type of foot it's recommended for: width, instep, fit or flexibility. If you still have questions, our team will be happy to help you find the model that best suits you or your child.
Where can I try Feroz shoes on?
You can visit us at Ferozland, our space in La Cañada (Valencia), or go to any of our partner shops.
In both cases you can try on our models and get advice to find the one that best suits your feet.
When will I receive my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you'll receive an email with the tracking number, so you can check its status at any time.
If you have a Feroz account, you can also check the preparation status and shipment tracking from there.
How do exchanges and returns work?
We want you to shop with peace of mind.
If the size or the model isn't right, you can quickly request an exchange or a return from your customer account or from our exchanges portal.
