What is Ferozland?
Ferozland is Feroz's home. A space created for families where a respectful footwear store, play areas and free movement, activities, talks and meetings with professionals coexist.
It was born with a very simple idea: to give back to the community everything it has given us over these years. Because we believe that before selling shoes, there is creating places where children can explore, families can learn and we can all share another way of understanding childhood.
Why is Ferozland different from a shoe store?
Because we didn't want to open a store. We wanted to create a place where our understanding of childhood could be experienced.
Here you can try on a pair of Feroz, but also let the little ones play, discover what free movement is, attend a talk, or simply spend some time with your family.
Shoes are just the beginning. What's important is everything that happens around them.
Do I need to book in advance to go to Ferozland?
While not required, it is recommended so you can enjoy your exclusive in-store consultation.
To maintain the space and allow everyone to enjoy it peacefully, the play areas are intended for those visiting the store or participating in our activities.
Additionally, throughout the year, we organize open days, events, and activities open to the public—a perfect opportunity to get to know Ferozland if you haven't visited yet.
What will I find when I visit Ferozland?

You'll find the entire Feroz collection for babies, children, and adults, personalized advice to find the model that best suits each foot, spaces designed for play and free movement, outdoor areas where little ones can explore, and a place where families can enjoy themselves at their leisure.

Purchases and returns at Ferozland
If you bought your "Feroces" at our physical location and took them with you directly from our in-store stock, the return must be handled in person with us. Since it was a direct in-store purchase, it cannot be processed via the website or sent back by courier. Please also note that at Ferozland, we do not perform product exchanges; instead, we process the return of the pair you bring in, and if you wish to get a different size or model, we simply process a brand-new purchase at the counter. However, if you visited us but the item wasn't in stock and we placed an order to have it shipped to your home from our online warehouse, you can process the return via the website, following the standard procedure for any online purchase.
