Feroz recommendation: For all instep types.

Plus fit, 3 mm wider at the metatarsals, so toes can spread comfortably and the foot can move naturally. With a rubber sole that is barefoot, flexible and light.

Made from vegan materials: microfibre and nubuck microfibre, soft, hard-wearing and very easy to clean by hand. Follow our care and cleaning tips to make your Feroces last longer.

Combined velcro and elastic lace fastening, which supports little ones' independence, so they can put their shoes on by themselves and play with total freedom.

Breathable lining and removable Coolmax® insole. Easy to remove for cleaning and airing the shoe. Made with a technical fabric that wicks away sweat and keeps feet dry.

Choose the correct size:

  • Your little one's feet need enough space to grow healthily, but not so much that it interferes with their movement.
  • Measure both feet and use the larger measurement.
  • Measure at the end of the day, when the foot is most expanded.

Ideal: 1 cm of space between the end of the foot and the end of the shoe. Acceptable range: 0.8 cm – 1.2 cm. Change size when there is 0.4 cm of space left, as the foot expands when walking.

If your little one's foot measures, for example, 16.6 cm and exceeds size 26 but does not reach size 27, our recommendation is that you wait for the next size and take advantage of the full useful life of the shoe.

OEKO-TEX® Certification

A highly durable vegan material that is easy to clean and quick to dry. Caring for your Feroces is part of the journey too.

You'll share lots of adventures with your Feroces… And although they're made to go everywhere with you with fierce dignity… they also need a little care. Just remember, caring isn't scrubbing until the memories are gone.

What they need:

  • Gentle, regular cleaning.
  • Avoid over-cleaning. If you clean your shoes every day, it can backfire in the long run. Cleaning too often can speed up wear on the material.
  • We don't recommend the washing machine.
  • Use a neutral soap.
  • Keep the shoes away from heat sources. Don't use a tumble dryer or radiator, and don't dry them in direct sunlight. High temperatures can dry out and damage the rubber.
  • Take care with bright colours. Some strong shades may release a little colour if soaked in water. In that case, it's best to clean them with a slightly damp, well-wrung cloth.

How to hand-clean your shoes, step by step:

  • Brush them dry with a stiff shoe brush to remove dust and surface dirt.
  • Apply a little natural shoe cleaner to a soft shoe brush and dampen it slightly with water.
  • Rub gently to clean the surface well.
  • Remove the moisture and dry the shoe with a clean cloth.
  • Let them air-dry, away from direct heat.

How to clean your insoles

  • Remove dirt while dry, rubbing with a stiff shoe brush.
  • Mix water and soap in a bowl, soak the insole and brush it vigorously.
  • Rinse with plenty of water.
  • Mix vinegar and bicarbonate of soda, and spread the mixture onto the insole with a brush.
  • Leave to dry (never in the sun).
  • Once the mixture is dry, brush the insole to remove the powder left by the mixture.

Washing and caring for your laces

  • We recommend washing them by hand or on a gentle cycle with cold or lukewarm water.
  • Avoid high temperatures, as they can damage their elasticity and shorten their life. Let them air-dry, away from direct heat, to keep their shape and strength.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it from the "My account". You'll receive a full refund and won't be able to change your order any more.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days to make a return through our returns portal. Enter your order number and postcode and select the item you want to return. Print the label and take the parcel to Correos or request a collection. Once the product reaches us, we'll refund its price minus the return costs (€5 for Spain, €7 for Portugal and €10 from the rest of Europe).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original box. Don't stick the label on the shoe box: stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can reuse the box they came in).

What if I want an exchange?

Exchanging one product for another means making a return and a new order, all in one process, with the value of the returned product already deducted when you check out the new order, and this link explains it in more detail
How to exchange a product

Remember that you can only make one exchange per product in your order, and you can't exchange again the order created through this process. If you want to change the product again, you'll need to make a return and a new order.
