Outer material

🌱 Microfiber suede. It reproduces the characteristics of natural suede, but it withstands our little ones' jogging much better. It has a soft, smooth, and pleasant feel ; it's light and breathable.

The Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 class I seal certifies, by an independent laboratory, that it is environmentally friendly and free of harmful agents .

In addition, this material has the European Vegetarian Union V-Level seal in the vegan category.

Lining

Varies by color.

Pink and gray split microfiber: Lining made of micro-perforated Coolmax® technical fabric made with fibers that tend to wick sweat away, helping to keep feet dry longer. This season, the fabric is softer!

Stone and nut split microfiber: Natural wool lining. Literally a cotton liner, with high thermal comfort. The wool doesn't diminish its performance, but it does hug your foot better , making it feel more insulated.

Template

Stone and nut split microfiber: 👣 Warm, high-comfort winter insole. Flat, removable, with no arch support. Made with a warm, recycled PET fabric that's thermoregulatory and highly technically comfortable.

Pink and grey split leather microfibre: Microperforated Coolmax® technical fabric lining.

Sole

👟 Flat, thin, and lightweight sole. It protects you from impacts, allowing your feet to receive all the information from the ground.

📢 In addition to the optimal properties it provides to footwear, the rubber sole generates less waste due to its reusable nature during manufacturing. This makes it more sustainable and environmentally friendly.

⚠️ If you are one of those who clean your shoes every day, know that in the long run it can be counterproductive. Excessive cleaning can contribute to accelerate the degradation of the shoe.

❌ Do not put them in the washing machine, since we cannot guarantee that they will come out in good condition. Fabric softener can break down the microfiber.
❌ Brightly colored shoes could release some color when submerged, so we recommend that you only clean them with a very well-drained damp cloth.

How to clean your microfiber rockers:

🧹 Dry brush with a hard shoe brush to remove excess dirt.
💧Put a little natural shoe cleaner on a soft shoe brush and wet the brush lightly with water.
🧹 Brush the shoe .
🧼 Dry the shoe with a cloth.
🌟 Ready!

How to cancel an order? ❌

Up to 30 minutes after placing an order you can cancel it from the " My account " section. A full refund will be made and you will no longer be able to modify your order.

How to return an item? 👟

You have 30 days to make a return from our returns portal . Enter your order number and zip code and select the model you want to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a pickup. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will refund the amount less the return costs (€5 for Spain and €10 from Europe ).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original box. Do not stick the label on the shoe box, you must stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can use the same box they came in).

What if I want a change? 🔄

We do not have the option to change. If you want to exchange your shoes for others, you must make a return following the steps mentioned above and make a new purchase. Remember that shipping costs are free for orders over €90 in Spain.

Why does it say free change sometimes? 🆓

Exceptionally and coinciding with the shipping of the shoes purchased in pre-sale, we offer a faster exchange method that consists of obtaining a gift card for the amount of the shoes you return so that you can buy new ones of the same model and color but different size. We call it a "free exchange" because even if you make a return, we do not charge the €5 fee and we give you the full amount of the shoe on the gift card so you can place a new order. Remember that for pre-sale shoes shipping is free and for the rest it is free if it exceeds €90 in Spain.
