Exterior material

🪶 Microfiber. It replicates the characteristics of natural leather, but withstands the wear and tear of our little ones much better🤸🏿.

It is a very resistant material, it can be cleaned very easily and dries quickly.

The Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 Class I label certifies, by an independent laboratory, that it is organic and free from harmful substances. It also holds the European Vegetarian Union V-Level seal in the vegan category.

🟤Microfiber suede. It is a recycled suede leather, manufactured from the remnants of natural suede production and mixed with polyester to improve its technical performance, acting as a structural reinforcement.

Lining

It varies depending on the color:
Pink and gray microfiber: Lining made of Coolmax® micro-perforated technical fabric with fibers that wick sweat away from the skin, helping to keep feet dry longer. This season the fabric is softer!

Stone, khaki, and nut-colored suede microfiber: Natural wool lining. For walking in cotton wool, with superior thermal comfort. The wool doesn't compromise on performance, but rather hugs the foot better , making it feel more insulated.

Insoles

👣 Microfiber suede insole in stone, khaki, and nut: Warm winter insole with high thermal comfort . Flat, removable, and arch-free. Made with a warm, thermoregulating, and technically comfortable recycled PET fabric.

Pink and grey suede microfiber: Coolmax® micro-perforated technical fabric lining.

Sole

👟 Rubber soles that provide good grip and flexibility. Designed to make first steps safe and gentle. Minimal thickness to reduce impact without losing contact with the ground.

🌿 In addition to the optimal properties it provides to footwear, the rubber sole generates less waste due to its reusability during manufacturing . This makes it more sustainable and environmentally friendly.

⚠️ If you are one of those who clean your shoes every day, know that in the long run it can be counterproductive. Excessive cleaning can contribute to accelerate the degradation of the shoe.

❌ Do not put them in the washing machine, since we cannot guarantee that they will come out in good condition. Fabric softener can break down the microfiber.
❌ Brightly colored shoes could release some color when submerged, so we recommend that you only clean them with a very well-drained damp cloth.

How to clean your microfiber rockers:

🧹 Dry brush with a hard shoe brush to remove excess dirt.
💧Put a little natural shoe cleaner on a soft shoe brush and wet the brush lightly with water.
🧹 Brush the shoe .
🧼 Dry the shoe with a cloth.
🌟 Ready!

How to cancel an order? ❌

Up to 30 minutes after placing an order you can cancel it from the " My account " section. A full refund will be made and you will no longer be able to modify your order.

How to return an item? 👟

You have 30 days to make a return from our returns portal . Enter your order number and zip code and select the model you want to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a pickup. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will refund the amount less the return costs (€5 for Spain and €10 from Europe ).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original box. Do not stick the label on the shoe box, you must stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can use the same box they came in).

What if I want a change? 🔄

We do not have the option to change. If you want to exchange your shoes for others, you must make a return following the steps mentioned above and make a new purchase. Remember that shipping costs are free for orders over €90 in Spain.

Why does it say free change sometimes? 🆓

Exceptionally and coinciding with the shipping of the shoes purchased in pre-sale, we offer a faster exchange method that consists of obtaining a gift card for the amount of the shoes you return so that you can buy new ones of the same model and color but different size. We call it a "free exchange" because even if you make a return, we do not charge the €5 fee and we give you the full amount of the shoe on the gift card so you can place a new order. Remember that for pre-sale shoes shipping is free and for the rest it is free if it exceeds €90 in Spain.
