Outer material

Available in two materials:

🐐 Animal hide . We use natural, non-toxic leathers. These hides reveal the natural textures of the animal skin, each one slightly different from the next. Be amazed by nature's perfect imperfections!

🌱 Microfiber split leather. A durable, washable, heat-regulating synthetic fabric with a water-repellent finish (not waterproof). A must-have staple in our winter collection.

🌱 In addition, this material has the European Vegetarian Union V-Level seal in the vegan category.

Lining

Varies by color.

Pale pink, beige, mint, denim blue, and nut: Microperforated Coolmax® technical fabric lining made with fibers that wick sweat away, helping to keep feet dry longer. This season, the fabric is softer!

Raspberry leather: Natural wool lining. Literally a cotton liner, with high thermal comfort. The wool doesn't diminish its performance, but it does hug your foot better , making it feel more insulated.

Stone suede microfiber: Faux fur lining. Vegan fur winter lining, literally nestled in cotton wool, with indescribable thermal comfort .

Template

👣 Winter insole, warm and highly thermally comfortable . Flat, removable, with no arch.
Made with a warm, recycled PET fabric that is thermoregulatory and highly technically comfortable.

Sole

👟 Flat, thin, and lightweight sole. It protects you from impacts, allowing your feet to receive all the information from the ground.

⚠️ If you are one of those who clean your shoes every day, you should know that in the long run it can be counterproductive. Excessive cleaning can contribute to accelerating the deterioration of the shoe.

❌ Do not put them in the washing machine, as we cannot guarantee that they will come out in good condition.
❌ Shoes with bright colors may release some color when submerged, so we recommend that you clean them only with a well-wrung damp cloth.

How to cancel an order? ❌

Up to 30 minutes after placing an order you can cancel it from the " My account " section. A full refund will be made and you will no longer be able to modify your order.

How to return an item? 👟

You have 30 days to make a return from our returns portal . Enter your order number and zip code and select the model you want to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a pickup. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will refund the amount less the return costs (€5 for Spain and €10 from Europe ).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original box. Do not stick the label on the shoe box, you must stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can use the same box they came in).

What if I want a change? 🔄

We do not have the option to change. If you want to exchange your shoes for others, you must make a return following the steps mentioned above and make a new purchase. Remember that shipping costs are free for orders over €90 in Spain.

Why does it say free change sometimes? 🆓

Exceptionally and coinciding with the shipping of the shoes purchased in pre-sale, we offer a faster exchange method that consists of obtaining a gift card for the amount of the shoes you return so that you can buy new ones of the same model and color but different size. We call it a "free exchange" because even if you make a return, we do not charge the €5 fee and we give you the full amount of the shoe on the gift card so you can place a new order. Remember that for pre-sale shoes shipping is free and for the rest it is free if it exceeds €90 in Spain.
