👉 Flat, removable template, without bridge . Provides protection, insulation and breathability.

🦸‍♀️ Elastic cord and velcro to facilitate the fit.

🧼 Technical materials that are easy to clean by hand. Do not put in the washing machine. The drum and detergents can degrade the microfiber and rubber.

👩‍⚕️ We follow the instructions of pediatric podiatrists to design and create the Júcar.

Exterior material

🪶 Microfiber. It replicates the characteristics of natural leather, but withstands the wear and tear of our little ones much better🤸🏿.

🌱 Nubuck microfiber. It's the same microfiber, but the final treatment is a surface brushing, offering a velvety, softer, and more nuanced appearance.

🐮 The leather in this special edition is irresistible . Natural, soft, and supple . We wanted to make this edition a truly memorable icon, so we went all out. Leather offers unbeatable performance, but remember that it's more delicate than microfiber.

Lining

Coolmax® technical fabric made with fibers that tend to wick sweat away from the body, helping to keep your feet dry for longer.

Insoles

👣 We've designed these insoles to keep your feet drier. The bottom support is made of a carefully selected density foam, infused with 🪨activated carbon, to prevent the formation of sweat bacteria that cause foot odor.

🦶 In contact with the foot it has a breathable Coolmax® technical fabric that wicks sweat away to the outside.

Sole

👟 Rubber soles that provide good grip and flexibility. Designed to make first steps safe and gentle. Minimal thickness to reduce impact without losing contact with the ground.

🌿 In addition to the optimal properties it provides to footwear, the rubber sole generates less waste due to its reusability during manufacturing . This makes it more sustainable and environmentally friendly.

You'll have many adventures with your ferocious friends: walks, games, trips... And although they're made to accompany you everywhere with fierce dignity ... they also need a little care 🩷. Of course, care doesn't mean scrubbing the memories clean.

Less cleaning, more connection

Yes, they like to look presentable. But they're not obsessed with cleanliness: they prefer a conscious, occasional pampering that doesn't dull their essence. Because they're made to last , not to shine like new at all costs .

Some things that don't suit them

• 👹 The washing machine: a journey from which you don't always return the same.
• 🤿 Wash them as if they were going snorkeling: if they're wearing bright colors, they may bleed or stain. A well-wrung, damp cloth is best.
• 🐈 Lots of water = drama: they are more into shade and natural drying , like kittens.

This is how they like to be cared for (microfiber models)

These instructions apply to all microfiber finishes: normal finish, nubuck, microsplit and crack microsplit .

• 🧹 Dry brush them to remove any road dust.
• 💧 Apply a natural cleanser with a slightly damp, soft brush . Brush the entire surface until a lather forms.
• 🧼 Rub with a damp cloth to remove the product.
• 🧻 Dry them carefully and let them rest in the shade .
• 🌟 And ready to follow by your side many more steps!

How to cancel an order? ❌

Up to 30 minutes after placing an order you can cancel it from the " My account " section. A full refund will be made and you will no longer be able to modify your order.

How to return an item? 👟

You have 30 days to make a return from our returns portal . Enter your order number and zip code and select the model you want to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a pickup. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will refund the amount less the return costs (€5 for Spain and €10 from Europe ).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original box. Do not stick the label on the shoe box, you must stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can use the same box they came in).

What if I want a change? 🔄

We do not have the option to change. If you want to exchange your shoes for others, you must make a return following the steps mentioned above and make a new purchase. Remember that shipping costs are free for orders over €90 in Spain.

Why does it say free change sometimes? 🆓

Exceptionally and coinciding with the shipping of the shoes purchased in pre-sale, we offer a faster exchange method that consists of obtaining a gift card for the amount of the shoes you return so that you can buy new ones of the same model and color but different size. We call it a "free exchange" because even if you make a return, we do not charge the €5 fee and we give you the full amount of the shoe on the gift card so you can place a new order. Remember that for pre-sale shoes shipping is free and for the rest it is free if it exceeds €90 in Spain.
