Outer material

🌱 Nubuck microfiber. Our classic microfiber with a brushed surface finish offers a velvety, softer, and more nuanced look. It reproduces the characteristics of natural leather, but withstands the scuffs of our little ones much better. It has a soft and pleasant feel ; it's very light and breathable. It's also very durable, easy to clean, and dries very quickly.

The Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 class I seal certifies, by an independent laboratory, that it is environmentally friendly and free of harmful agents .

In addition, this material has the European Vegetarian Union V-Level seal in the vegan category.

Lining

Microperforated Coolmax® technical fabric made with fibers that wick sweat away, helping to keep feet dry longer. This season, the fabric is softer!

Insole

👣 Removable, breathable technical insole. Drier feet. Material: Double-layer, foam support with activated carbon to prevent the formation of sweat-based bacteria that cause foot odor. Highly breathable Coolmax® technical fabric keeps feet drier for longer.

Sole

👟 Rubber sole provides good grip and flexibility. Designed to help little ones take their first steps with confidence and safety. Minimal thickness to reduce impacts without losing contact with the ground.

📢 In addition to the properties it brings to footwear, it generates less waste in its manufacture.

⚠️ If you are one of those who clean your shoes every day, you should know that in the long run it can be counterproductive. Excessive cleaning can contribute to accelerating the deterioration of the shoe.

❌ Do not put them in the washing machine, as we cannot guarantee that they will come out in good condition. Fabric softener can break down microfibre.
❌ Shoes with bright colors may release some color when submerged, so we recommend that you clean them only with a well-wrung damp cloth.

How to clean your microfiber mops:

🧹 Dry brush with a stiff shoe brush to remove excess dirt.
💧Put some natural shoe cleaner on a soft shoe brush and wet the brush lightly with water.
🧹 Brush the shoe .
🧼 Dry the shoe with a cloth.

How to cancel an order? ❌

Up to 30 minutes after placing an order you can cancel it from the " My account " section. A full refund will be made and you will no longer be able to modify your order.

How to return an item? 👟

You have 30 days to make a return from our returns portal . Enter your order number and zip code and select the model you want to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a pickup. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will refund the amount less the return costs (€5 for Spain and €10 from Europe ).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original box. Do not stick the label on the shoe box, you must stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can use the same box they came in).

What if I want a change? 🔄

We do not have the option to change. If you want to exchange your shoes for others, you must make a return following the steps mentioned above and make a new purchase. Remember that shipping costs are free for orders over €90 in Spain.

Why does it say free change sometimes? 🆓

Exceptionally and coinciding with the shipping of the shoes purchased in pre-sale, we offer a faster exchange method that consists of obtaining a gift card for the amount of the shoes you return so that you can buy new ones of the same model and color but different size. We call it a "free exchange" because even if you make a return, we do not charge the €5 fee and we give you the full amount of the shoe on the gift card so you can place a new order. Remember that for pre-sale shoes shipping is free and for the rest it is free if it exceeds €90 in Spain.
