Free Play and Movement Session

Terms:

Buying this ticket means accepting the following specific terms for Ferozland's play and free movement sessions, in addition to FEROZ's general terms of sale.

What does the ticket include?

Each ticket gives access to one play and free movement session at Ferozland for one little one aged 0 to 3, accompanied by an adult.
The ticket is only valid for the date and time selected at purchase.

Price and booking

The price is the one shown on the website at the time of purchase and includes the applicable taxes.
Your place is confirmed once the purchase has been completed and you've received the confirmation email.
Sessions have limited capacity, so please check the date carefully before completing your purchase.

Changes and cancellations

As this is an activity with a specific date and time and limited capacity, tickets bought for play and free movement sessions cannot be changed or refunded for reasons attributable to the attendee.
If you can't make it, you can give your place to another family, at no extra cost. There's no need to buy a new ticket, although we may ask for the details of the person who made the booking to check it at the door.
Not attending the session does not entitle you to a refund of the amount paid.

Cancellation or changes by FEROZ

If FEROZ has to cancel the session, affected families will be offered a full refund of the amount paid or, where possible, the option to move the booking to a new date.
If for justified reasons the date or time of the activity has to change, we'll let attendees know using the contact details given at purchase.

Arrival and punctuality

To help the session run smoothly, we recommend arriving a few minutes early.
The accompanying adult is responsible for the little one throughout the session and must follow the instructions of the team running the activity and the rules for using the space.

Use of the space

Ferozland is a space designed for play, exploration and free movement. Families must make responsible use of the facilities and materials, respecting other participants and the instructions of the people running the session.
The accompanying adult must stay with the little one throughout the activity.

Exceptional circumstances

FEROZ may interrupt, postpone or change a session in the event of force majeure, safety reasons or any other situation beyond its control that prevents the activity from running normally.
In such cases, affected families will be informed and offered the appropriate solution depending on the circumstances.

Acceptance of the terms

By completing the ticket purchase, the buyer confirms they have read and accepted these specific terms and the FEROZ General Terms of Sale.
For any questions about your booking, you can contact our team through the customer service channels available on the website.
