Neus Moya's book on caring for feet from childhood.

First size exchange FREE

The coolest book about shoes, with matching sneakers.

Only podiatrist Neus Moya could write such a lovely story about shoes, one that also helps little ones tell which shoes help their feet stay free and happy.

We loved it so much that we created special "Zapatos Nuevos" (New Shoes) editions of Moraira, Paterna and Júcar, inspired by Júlia Solans's cover illustration.

So you can find shoes to match the story, in both Feroz and Rocker.

Our mission to raise awareness of the importance of foot-shaped shoes that respect children's freedom and growth, turned into a story.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it from the "My account". You'll receive a full refund and won't be able to change your order any more.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days to make a return through our returns portal. Enter your order number and postcode and select the item you want to return. Print the label and take the parcel to Correos or request a collection. Once the product reaches us, we'll refund its price minus the return costs (€5 for Spain, €7 for Portugal and €10 from the rest of Europe).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original box. Don't stick the label on the shoe box: stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can reuse the box they came in).

What if I want an exchange?

Exchanging one product for another means making a return and a new order, all in one process, with the value of the returned product already deducted when you check out the new order, and this link explains it in more detail
How to exchange a product

Remember that you can only make one exchange per product in your order, and you can't exchange again the order created through this process. If you want to change the product again, you'll need to make a return and a new order.
