Adult thermal insole

Thermal insoles, get your Feroces ready for the coldest winter

Insole made of natural felt for added warmth. With an insulating layer made from a thin aluminium film that stops the cold from the ground reaching the foot.

This insole should replace the one that comes with the shoe. Remove the original before inserting it so the sizing isn't affected.

Natural wool felt with an aluminium thermal layer inside to help keep in the warmth, and a foam base with antibacterial activated carbon to aid breathability and help prevent odour.

How to clean your thermal insoles

Felt is a natural material with excellent temperature-regulating properties. To keep them in good shape for longer, we recommend cleaning the insoles dry whenever possible and avoiding frequent washing.

Remove dirt with a very soft brush.
If you need to wash them, use cold or lukewarm water with a little soap and clean them gently, without wringing.
Rinse with plenty of water.
Let them air-dry, away from the sun and without a tumble dryer.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it from the "My account". You'll receive a full refund and won't be able to change your order any more.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days to make a return through our returns portal. Enter your order number and postcode and select the item you want to return. Print the label and take the parcel to Correos or request a collection. Once the product reaches us, we'll refund its price minus the return costs (€5 for Spain, €7 for Portugal and €10 from the rest of Europe).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original box. Don't stick the label on the shoe box: stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can reuse the box they came in).

What if I want an exchange?

Exchanging one product for another means making a return and a new order, all in one process, with the value of the returned product already deducted when you check out the new order, and this link explains it in more detail

Remember that you can only make one exchange per product in your order, and you can't exchange again the order created through this process. If you want to change the product again, you'll need to make a return and a new order.
