El fieltro es un material natural con excelentes propiedades termorreguladoras. Para conservarlas durante más tiempo, recomendamos limpiar las plantillas en seco siempre que sea posible y evitar lavarlas con frecuencia.

Retira la suciedad con un cepillo suave.

Si necesitas lavarlas, utiliza agua fría o tibia con un poco de jabón y límpialas suavemente, sin retorcerlas.

Aclara con abundante agua.

Déjalas secar al aire, lejos del sol y sin utilizar secadora.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order up to 30 minutes after placing it from the "My Account" section. A full refund will be issued, and you will no longer be able to modify your order.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days to make a return through our returns portal. Enter your order number and postal code, and select the model you wish to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a collection. Once the product arrives at our facilities, we will refund the purchase price minus the return shipping costs (€5 for Spain, €7 for Portugal, and €10 for the rest of Europe). Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Do not attach the label to the shoe box; attach it to the bag or box you used for packaging (you can use the same box the item came in).

The process of exchanging a product for another involves making a return and placing a new order, all in one step. The discount for the returned item will already be included in the new order. You can find more details here: How to Exchange a Product. Remember that you can only exchange one product per order, and you cannot create a new exchange for an existing order using this process.

If you want to exchange the product again, you must make a return and place a new order.
