Waterproofing shoe protector spray

It creates an invisible, durable and breathable barrier that does not alter the colour of the shoes and allows them to breathe.

Suitable for smooth leather, fabric, knit, mesh and canvas. It darkens suede and nubuck.

Its solution is based on 80% natural ingredients. This high-performance formula is non-irritating, non-toxic, non-flammable and non-corrosive, gas-free, eco-friendly and easy to take with you anywhere.

The drying process is slower than a standard aerosol, but its formula penetrates and covers large surfaces easily, quickly and uniformly, which translates into a deep clean for your shoes that respects their original colour and texture.

MODE OF USE

1. Before applying the protector, remove any dust from the surface of the shoe with a brush and make sure your shoes are clean and dry.
2. Shake the dispenser well.
3. Spray the product evenly over the entire surface of the shoe from a distance of 15 cm.
4. Spread it over the surface of the shoe with a brush to enhance the effect of the product.
5. Leave them to dry for 3 hours. (12 hours is best)
   
   TIP: For best results, repeat the process 2 or 3 times and respect the drying times to increase effectiveness.

How to cancel an order? ❌

Up to 30 minutes after placing an order you can cancel it from the " My account " section. A full refund will be made and you will no longer be able to modify your order.

How to return an item? 👟

You have 30 days to make a return from our returns portal . Enter your order number and zip code and select the model you want to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a pickup. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will refund the amount less the return costs (€5 for Spain and €10 from Europe ).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original box. Do not stick the label on the shoe box, you must stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can use the same box they came in).

What if I want a change? 🔄

We do not have the option to change. If you want to exchange your shoes for others, you must make a return following the steps mentioned above and make a new purchase. Remember that shipping costs are free for orders over €90 in Spain.

Why does it say free change sometimes? 🆓

Exceptionally and coinciding with the shipping of the shoes purchased in pre-sale, we offer a faster exchange method that consists of obtaining a gift card for the amount of the shoes you return so that you can buy new ones of the same model and color but different size. We call it a "free exchange" because even if you make a return, we do not charge the €5 fee and we give you the full amount of the shoe on the gift card so you can place a new order. Remember that for pre-sale shoes shipping is free and for the rest it is free if it exceeds €90 in Spain.
