Feroz recommendation: Low and medium insteps. For a very slim instep, a cobbler can shorten the strap.

The Sanroc model features an integrated, non-removable insole in recycled split leather, for a cooler, lighter feel on the hottest days, and a 2.5 mm barefoot sole that is more flexible and stable, designed with just enough structure to stop it bending too much and help prevent trips.

Wide fit, 3 mm wider across the metatarsals, designed so toes can spread freely and the foot can develop naturally.

Z-shaped hook-and-loop strap for a precise fit and more support, making it easier for little ones to put their shoes on and take them off by themselves.

Made of vegan microfibre, light, durable and easy to clean.

Natural, safe colouring. We use natural dyes 🌿 and materials free from heavy metals and harsh chemicals to look after little ones' skin. That is why the most intense colours may release some pigment with heat, sweat or moisture.

Built-in insole

Recycled suede. Made from reused natural suede production offcuts combined with polyester for extra strength and stability.

Its finish helps stop the foot sliding forwards, adding comfort and security with every step, and helps manage moisture to keep the foot drier.

The base includes technical foam with 🪨 activated carbon, carefully designed to improve breathability and help prevent odour-causing bacteria.

The flexible rubber sole provides a natural, secure and comfortable feel, allowing the foot to move freely while ensuring excellent ground contact. It offers:

Caring for your Feroces is part of the journey too.

You'll share lots of adventures with your Feroces… And although they're made to go everywhere with you with fierce dignity… they also need a little care. Just remember, caring isn't scrubbing until the memories are gone.

What they need:

Gentle, regular cleaning.
Avoid over-cleaning. If you clean your shoes every day, it can backfire in the long run. Cleaning too often can speed up wear on the material.
We don't recommend the washing machine.
Use a neutral soap.
Keep the shoes away from heat sources. Don't use a tumble dryer or radiator, and don't dry them in direct sunlight. High temperatures can dry out and damage the rubber.
Take care with bright colours. Some strong shades may release a little colour if soaked in water. In that case, it's best to clean them with a slightly damp, well-wrung cloth.

How to hand-clean your shoes, step by step:

Brush them dry with a stiff shoe brush to remove dust and surface dirt.
Apply a little natural shoe cleaner to a soft shoe brush and dampen it slightly with water.
Rub gently to clean the surface well.
Remove the moisture and dry the shoe with a clean cloth.
Let them air-dry, away from direct heat.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it from the "My account". You'll receive a full refund and won't be able to change your order any more.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days to make a return through our returns portal. Enter your order number and postcode and select the item you want to return. Print the label and take the parcel to Correos or request a collection. Once the product reaches us, we'll refund its price minus the return costs (€5 for Spain, €7 for Portugal and €10 from the rest of Europe).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original box. Don't stick the label on the shoe box: stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can reuse the box they came in).

What if I want an exchange?

Exchanging one product for another means making a return and a new order, all in one process, with the value of the returned product already deducted when you check out the new order, and this link explains it in more detail
How to exchange a product

Remember that you can only make one exchange per product in your order, and you can't exchange again the order created through this process. If you want to change the product again, you'll need to make a return and a new order.
