On November 19, the ASEME awards gala for the 2025 entrepreneurial woman took place in Madrid. Our founder, Lau, was honored with the award for the best SME of the year.
The origin of Feroz. 🚀
But how did this happen? Some projects are not born with a business plan, but rather from the heart, daily life, and the real need for a product to use. The journey of Feroz, as many of you know, began this way. A designer mom, a baby who needed their first shoes, and the real need to offer a product that respected their development, autonomy, and physique. This was the beginning of Feroz.

Then, after markets, shipments, craziness, staff increases, moves, and the creation of a unique space like Ferozland, the time has come to acknowledge all that has been achieved with the ASEME Entrepreneurial Woman 2025 award for SME of the year.
This award has deeply moved us and once again highlighted what we do every day with our hearts, valuing many years of silent work, effort, perseverance, and decisions made with the conviction of being able to add value to the community to achieve a more respected childhood.

Nothing on this journey has been easy, but we have moved forward little by little, from the ground up, step by step like a child learning to walk. Sometimes with unstable steps, until we managed to consolidate them and reach every milestone and goal we set for ourselves.
For us, this award is not about numbers; it's about values.
The value of hard work, at the beginning, when the result is not immediately visible.

Betting on responsible growth, always with the vision of the project's soul first.
The leadership of a woman who turned a personal concern into a project that has created a team, community, and Tribe. 
Of course, none of this would have been possible without you, the person reading this who has trusted us, our vision of parenting, and our project from the beginning. Every pair we make, every order, every email, every comment reminds us why we started, and anchors us even more to our purpose. This award is a huge source of pride for us, for Lau, but it is also yours.
