Jérica is the trusted minimalist sneaker for slim feet. Simple, light and with just the right fit for every day.

Streamlined yet minimalist last, in the shape of a real foot: better suited to slim feet, while still leaving room for the toes.

Made from different materials depending on the colour. Except for the leather models, they all have a water-repellent treatment, that repels water and helps keep feet dry on days of light rain, although it does not guarantee full waterproofing.

Barefoot sole, thin and flexible, ideal for keeping the almost barefoot feel with a little extra protection.

Elastic laces that don't squeeze or come undone, designed to make putting them on easy and to adapt to every step effortlessly.

Insole and lining in Coolmax® technical fabric, which helps keep feet fresh and dry all day long.

Your little one's feet need enough space to grow healthily, but not so much that it interferes with their movement.
Measure both feet and use the larger measurement.

Ideal: 1 cm of space between the end of the foot and the end of the shoe. Acceptable margin: 0.8 cm – 1.2 cm. Change size when there is 0.4 cm of space left, as the foot expands when walking.

Sole

Barefoot sole: thin, flat and flexible. It protects you from impacts while letting your feet take in all the information from the ground.

Made from flexible, hard-wearing natural rubber, it offers good grip and is designed for everyday wear. It goes with every step in comfort, protecting the foot and respecting its natural sensitivity.

Your FEROZ shoes are made to accompany you for a long time.The better you take care of them, the more miles you will cover together. And taking care of them doesn't mean keeping them spotless every day.Signs of wear also tell stories.

What they need:

A gentle cleaningand only when really necessary.
Avoid cleaning them too much.Cleaning them too frequently can accelerate the natural wear of the materials.
Whenever you can, clean them by hand.It is the best way to extend their lifespan. If you need to use the washing machine, choose a short cycleand a maximum temperature of 30°C. Use a natural soapand avoid fabric softener to preserve the properties of the microfiber.
Keep them away from heat sources.Do not use a tumble dryer, radiators, or leave them to dry in the sun. High temperatures can deteriorate the rubber and alter the materials.
Be careful with intense colors.Some shades may release a small amount of color if they remain submerged in water. In those cases, it is best to use a slightly damp, well-wrung cloth.

How to clean them by hand step by step:

Brush dry to remove dust and surface dirt.
Apply a natural shoe cleanerto a slightly dampened soft-bristle brush.
Rub gently.
Remove moisturewith a clean, dry cloth.
Let them air dry,always away from the sun and any direct heat source.

How to clean natural leather

Use a dry cloth or soft brush to remove dust.
Clean with a damp cloth wrung out well and a cleaner made for leather.
Do it with gentle, circular movements.
Dry with care and leave to rest away from heat sources or direct sunlight.
You can moisturise them from time to time with a leather-safe cream (silicone-free).

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it from the "My account". You'll receive a full refund and won't be able to change your order any more.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days to make a return through our returns portal. Enter your order number and postcode and select the item you want to return. Print the label and take the parcel to Correos or request a collection. Once the product reaches us, we'll refund its price minus the return costs (€5 for Spain, €7 for Portugal and €10 from the rest of Europe).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in their original box. Don't stick the label on the shoe box: stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can reuse the box they came in).

What if I want an exchange?

Exchanging one product for another means making a return and a new order, all in one process, with the value of the returned product already deducted when you check out the new order, and this link explains it in more detail
How to exchange a product

Remember that you can only make one exchange per product in your order, and you can't exchange again the order created through this process. If you want to change the product again, you'll need to make a return and a new order.
