🤓 If you think your feet sweat a lot, it is advisable to have a couple of extra insoles and alternate them . This way, your shoes will last longer, the insoles will have time to dry properly between uses, and you will avoid bad odors and the formation of bacteria.

All our insoles are removable and made with breathable Coolmax® technical fabric, which helps wick moisture away and keeps feet dry and comfortable throughout the day.
The base features foam with activated charcoal, which helps prevent the growth of bacteria responsible for unpleasant odours.

CARE
How to clean your insoles:
- Remove dry dirt, by scrubbing with a stiff shoe brush.
- Mix water and soapin a bowl, submerge the insole, and brush vigorously.
- Rinsewith plenty of water.
- Mix vinegar and baking soda, spread the mixture onto the insole with a brush.
- Allow to dry(never in direct sunlight).
- Once the mixture is dry, brush the insoleto remove the powder formed by the mixture.

RETURNS
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order up to 30 minutes after placing it from the "My Account" section. A full refund will be issued, and you will no longer be able to modify your order.
How do I return an item?
You have 30 days to make a return through our returns portal. Enter your order number and postal code, and select the model you wish to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a collection. Once the product arrives at our facilities, we will refund the purchase price minus the return shipping costs (€5 for Spain, €7 for Portugal, and €10 for the rest of Europe). Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Do not attach the label to the shoe box; attach it to the bag or box you used for packaging (you can use the same box the item came in).
The process of exchanging a product for another involves making a return and placing a new order, all in one step. The discount for the returned item will already be included in the new order. You can find more details here: How to Exchange a Product. Remember that you can only exchange one product per order, and you cannot create a new exchange for an existing order using this process.
If you want to exchange the product again, you must make a return and place a new order.
