Exterior material

🐐 Natural, soft, and supple leather that feels like a glove. We select vegetable-tanned leathers with very natural treatments and finishes to allow your feet to breathe. Occasionally, you will see irregularities inherent to the animal's hide.

Lining

🧥 Fine and warm microfiber fabric. Soft and pleasant to the touch. Allows perspiration, providing thermal comfort .

Insole

👣 All the fierce insoles are removable. Being able to wash them often improves foot health. They are lightweight, flexible, and seamless.

🦶 Microfiber surface. Specially designed to be comfortable and soft in contact with bare feet.

Sole

👟 Flat, thin and lightweight sole. It protects you from impacts, allowing you to receive all the information from the ground through your feet.

🙏 Made of flexible natural rubber with excellent grip . Protects your foot while respecting its sensitivity.

⚠️ If you are one of those who clean your shoes every day, know that in the long run it can be counterproductive. Excessive cleaning can contribute to accelerate the degradation of the shoe.

❌ Do not put them in the washing machine, since we cannot guarantee that they will come out in good condition.
❌ Brightly colored shoes could release some color when submerged, so we recommend that you only clean them with a very well-drained damp cloth.

How to cancel an order? ❌

Up to 30 minutes after placing an order you can cancel it from the " My account " section. A full refund will be made and you will no longer be able to modify your order.

How to return an item? 👟

You have 30 days to make a return from our returns portal . Enter your order number and zip code and select the model you want to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a pickup. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will refund the amount less the return costs (€5 for Spain and €10 from Europe ).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original box. Do not stick the label on the shoe box, you must stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can use the same box they came in).

What if I want a change? 🔄

We do not have the option to change. If you want to exchange your shoes for others, you must make a return following the steps mentioned above and make a new purchase. Remember that shipping costs are free for orders over €90 in Spain.

Why does it say free change sometimes? 🆓

Exceptionally and coinciding with the shipping of the shoes purchased in pre-sale, we offer a faster exchange method that consists of obtaining a gift card for the amount of the shoes you return so that you can buy new ones of the same model and color but different size. We call it a "free exchange" because even if you make a return, we do not charge the €5 fee and we give you the full amount of the shoe on the gift card so you can place a new order. Remember that for pre-sale shoes shipping is free and for the rest it is free if it exceeds €90 in Spain.
