Earning them is as easy as placing your order from your account, leaving us a review, following us on social media, etc. There are so many ways to earn Steps!
How do I accumulate Steps?
You'll earn Steps if you follow us on Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook . You'll also earn Steps if you support us by writing your review , and even more so if you include a photo or video ! 🥰 Another way is to recommend us to a friend . Of course, you'll earn Steps with each purchase (€1 spent = 5 Steps earned).
How does the recommendation work within the program?
If you're a Pasos member, you can invite your friends to discover Zapato Feroz with a €10 discount on their first purchase.
Plus, when your guest makes their purchase, you'll also receive 1,000 Steps as a reward! 💪
Can I earn and redeem Passes in Ferozland?
Of course! If you come visit us and make a purchase, you can earn or redeem your Steps. 🤸 🌲
I think there's a problem with my Steps balance.
The Steps should be updated within 24/48 hours and appear in your account.
If that deadline has passed and you see something strange in your balance, please contact us using the “ Contact Form ” on our website.
How do I use my Steps?
On the website, when you go to place an order, just log in to your account and the discounts you qualify for will appear based on your Passes. 🎁
If you're visiting us in Ferozland, we recommend bringing your pre-generated coupon. It'll make everything faster! Our team will request the code and apply it to your purchase . 💝
Coupon Terms of Use: Discount coupons obtained are for single use only . If used on a purchase with a value lower than the coupon value, the remaining coupon amount will be forfeited and will not be refunded to the Participant's account.
What is the value of each Step?
Each Step is worth one euro cent. 🧮 This means that 100 Steps are worth €1; 500 Steps are €5; 1,000 Steps are €10, …
Do the coupons obtained with the Pasos program expire?
⚠️ ️ YES, coupons earned through the Steps program expire 30 days after they're generated. However, if you haven't been able to use the coupon, don't worry, the Steps will be returned to your account. ⚠️
Do the Steps I have accumulated in my account expire?
⚠️ ️ Please note that your total balance will expire 365 days after the last time you generated or redeemed Steps. ⚠️

You can check your Steps on this page, along with other useful information such as order history or available discounts.
