Every step you take with Feroz counts. Accumulate Steps with your purchases, reviews, and social media, and redeem them for discounts on your next orders
Turn Your Steps into Real Discounts
Each Step is worth one euro cent. When you have enough, generate your coupon and apply it to your next online purchase or at Ferozland.

On zapatoferoz.es, log in to your account to see the discounts available based on your Steps.
Generate the coupon.
Turn your Steps into a discount coupon. If you're coming to Ferozland, generate the coupon before you arrive, so everything is faster.
Apply it to your purchase.
Online, it is applied only when placing the order. In Ferozland, the team will ask you for the code and apply it to your purchase.

Coupons are for single use only. If the purchase value is less than the coupon value, the difference will not be refunded. Coupons expire 30 days after being generated; if you don't use them, the Steps will be returned to your account.

Single-Use Coupons
Discount coupons are for single use. If the purchase value is less than the coupon value, the remaining amount will not be credited to your account.
Balance expiration
Your total Step balance expires 365 days after the last time you generated or redeemed Steps. Use them before a year of inactivity passes.
Accumulation with other offers
You can combine discounts with other promotions, unless otherwise specified in a specific campaign.

How do I earn Steps?
You'll get Steps if you follow us on Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook. Also, if you help us by writing a review, and even more so if you include a photo or video!
Another way is to recommend us to a friend, and of course, you'll earn Steps with each of your purchases (€1 spent = 5 steps earned).
How do recommendations work within the Steps program?
If you are a Pasos member, you can invite your friends to discover Zapato Feroz with a €10 discount for them on their first purchase.
Plus, when your invitee makes their purchase, you will also receive 1,000 Pasos as a reward!
How to get and redeem Steps in Ferozland?
If you come to visit us and make a purchase, you can accumulate or redeem your Steps.
I think there's a problem with my Steps balance
The Steps should be updated within 24/48 hours and reflected in your account.
If that period has passed and you see something unusual in your balance, please contact us through the "Contact Form" on our website.
How do I use my Steps?
On the website, when you place an order, you just have to log in to your account and the discounts that correspond to you based on the Steps you have will appear.
If you visit us in Ferozland, we recommend that you come with the coupon already generated, so everything will be faster! Our team will ask you for the code and apply it to your purchase.
Coupon usage conditions: The discount coupons obtained are single-use. If they are used in a purchase whose value is less than the coupon's value, the remaining amount of the coupon will be lost and will not be credited back to the Participant's account.
What is the value of each Step?
Each Step is equivalent to one euro cent.
This means that 100 Steps are worth €1; 500 Steps are €5; 1,000 Steps are €10, etc.
Do Coupons obtained through the Steps program expire?
YES, coupons obtained through the Pasos program expire 30 days after being generated. However, if you have not been able to use the coupon, do not worry, the Pasos will return to your account.
Do the coupons accumulated in my account expire?
Be aware that your total balance will expire 365 days after the last time you earned or redeemed Steps.
Where can I see my Steps?
You can check your Steps on this page, as well as other useful information such as order history or available discounts.
Can I use my Steps during sales or promotions?
Yes, unless otherwise specified in a specific campaign.
