🤓 If you think your feet sweat a lot, it is advisable to have a couple of extra insoles and alternate them . This way, your shoes will last longer, the insoles will have time to dry properly between uses, and you will avoid bad odors and the formation of bacteria.

Plantillas transpirables y antibacterianas

Todas las plantillas son extraíbles y están fabricadas con tejido técnico Coolmax® transpirable que ayuda a evacuar la humedad hacia el exterior y mantener los pies secos y cómodos durante todo el día.

Su base incorpora espuma con carbón activo, un componente que ayuda a prevenir la proliferación de bacterias responsables del mal olor.

Como limpiar tus plantillas:

Quita la suciedad en seco, frotando con un cepillo duro para calzado.
Mezcla agua y jabón en un bol, sumerge la plantilla y cepilla enérgicamente.
Aclara con abundante agua.
Mezcla vinagre y bicarbonato, unta la mezcla con un cepillo en la plantilla.
Deja secar (nunca al sol).
Una vez seca la mezcla, cepilla la plantilla para eliminar el polvito que se forma con la mezcla.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order up to 30 minutes after placing it from the "My Account" section. A full refund will be issued, and you will no longer be able to modify your order.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days to make a return through our returns portal. Enter your order number and postal code, and select the model you wish to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a collection. Once the product arrives at our facilities, we will refund the purchase price minus the return shipping costs (€5 for Spain, €7 for Portugal, and €10 for the rest of Europe). Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Do not attach the label to the shoe box; attach it to the bag or box you used for packaging (you can use the same box the item came in).

The process of exchanging a product for another involves making a return and placing a new order, all in one step. The discount for the returned item will already be included in the new order. You can find more details here: How to Exchange a Product. Remember that you can only exchange one product per order, and you cannot create a new exchange for an existing order using this process.

If you want to exchange the product again, you must make a return and place a new order.
