MODE OF USE

Before applying the protector, remove any dust from the surface of the shoe with a brush and make sure your shoes are clean and dry.
Shake the dispenser well.
Spray the product evenly over the entire surface of the shoe from a distance of 15 cm.
Spread it over the surface of the shoe with a brush to enhance the effect of the product.
Leave them to dry for 3 hours. (12 hours is best)

TIP: For best results, repeat the process 2 or 3 times and respect the drying times to increase effectiveness.

Vas a vivir muchas aventuras con tus feroces….. Y aunque están hechas para acompañarte a todo con dignidad feroz… también necesitan que las cuides un poquito. Eso sí, cuidar no es frotar hasta borrar los recuerdos.

Lo que necesitan:

- Una limpieza suave y regular.

- Evita limpiarlos en exceso. Si limpias tus zapatos todos los días, a la larga puede resultar contraproducente. Una limpieza demasiado frecuente puede acelerar el desgaste del material.

- Si puedes, evita la lavadora. No podemos garantizar que salgan en buen estado y además el suavizante puede dañar o descomponer la microfibra.

- Evita las fuentes de calor. No uses secadora, radiador ni los pongas a secar directamente al sol. Las altas temperaturas pueden resecar y deteriorar la goma.

- Cuidado con los colores intensos. Algunos tonos fuertes podrían desprender algo de color si se sumergen en agua. En estos casos, lo mejor es limpiarlos con un trapo ligeramente húmedo y bien escurrido.

Cómo limpiar tus zapatos paso a paso:

- Cepilla en seco con un cepillo de calzado duro para eliminar el polvo y la suciedad superficial.

- Aplica un poco de limpiador de calzado natural en un cepillo blando para calzado y humedécelo ligeramente con agua.

- Frota con suavidad para limpiar bien la superficie.

- Retira la humedad y seca el zapato con un trapo limpio.

- Déjalos secar al aire, lejos de fuentes de calor directo.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order up to 30 minutes after placing it from the "My Account" section. A full refund will be issued, and you will no longer be able to modify your order.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days to make a return through our returns portal. Enter your order number and postal code, and select the model you wish to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a collection. Once the product arrives at our facilities, we will refund the purchase price minus the return shipping costs (€5 for Spain, €7 for Portugal, and €10 for the rest of Europe). Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Do not attach the label to the shoe box; attach it to the bag or box you used for packaging (you can use the same box the item came in).

The process of exchanging a product for another involves making a return and placing a new order, all in one step. The discount for the returned item will already be included in the new order. You can find more details here: How to Exchange a Product. Remember that you can only exchange one product per order, and you cannot create a new exchange for an existing order using this process.
