Outer Material

🍃 Microsuede. Replicates the characteristics of natural suede, but in a vegan, natural, soft, and flexible version.

It is a highly resistant material, easy to clean and dries quickly.

The Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 class I seal certifies, by an independent laboratory, that it is ecological and free of harmful substances. And it has the European Vegetarian Union V-Label in the vegan category.

You're going to live many adventures with your Feroces….. And although they are made to accompany you through everything with fierce dignity… they also need you to take a little care of them 🩷. Of course, caring for them is not scrubbing until the memories are erased.

What they need:

🧴 Gentle and regular cleaning.

👣 Remove the insoles every night so the shoe can breathe. The worst enemy of microfiber is moisture.

🫧 Avoid over-cleaning them. If you clean your shoes every day, it can be counterproductive in the long run. Too frequent cleaning can accelerate material wear.

How to clean your shoes step by step:

🧹 Dry brush with a stiff shoe brush to remove dust and surface dirt.

💧 Apply a little natural shoe cleaner to a soft shoe brush and slightly dampen it with water.

🧼 Gently rub to thoroughly clean the surface.

🧻 Remove moisture and dry the shoe with a clean cloth.

🌬️ Let them air dry, away from direct heat sources.

How to cancel an order? ❌

Up to 30 minutes after placing an order you can cancel it from the " My account " section. A full refund will be made and you will no longer be able to modify your order.

How to return an item? 👟

You have 30 days to make a return from our returns portal . Enter your order number and zip code and select the model you want to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a pickup. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will refund the amount less the return costs (€5 for Spain and €10 from Europe ).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original box. Do not stick the label on the shoe box, you must stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can use the same box they came in).

What if I want a change? 🔄

We do not have the option to change. If you want to exchange your shoes for others, you must make a return following the steps mentioned above and make a new purchase. Remember that shipping costs are free for orders over €90 in Spain.

Why does it say free change sometimes? 🆓

Exceptionally and coinciding with the shipping of the shoes purchased in pre-sale, we offer a faster exchange method that consists of obtaining a gift card for the amount of the shoes you return so that you can buy new ones of the same model and color but different size. We call it a "free exchange" because even if you make a return, we do not charge the €5 fee and we give you the full amount of the shoe on the gift card so you can place a new order. Remember that for pre-sale shoes shipping is free and for the rest it is free if it exceeds €90 in Spain.
