✅ Since we know it's difficult to get the right size so far in advance, we offer one free size exchange . You'll have 7 days from the moment you receive your shoes to exchange your size.

- You can purchase your adult footwear in the presale from July 2nd to 8th.
⚠️ We will ship your order in October
- A few days before shipping, you'll receive an email in case you want to make a size change or change any of your shipping address information.
⚠️ REMEMBER that you cannot order a pre-order shoe and another in-stock shoe in the same order. For logistical reasons, we cannot ship two items for the same order, and the order will arrive in October.

Indeed, the pre-order is basically a reservation for the adult line for the upcoming AW25 season. You leave your shoes already paid for, and we'll ship them to you the first week of October , once we've made them.
📋 Once the pre-sale week is over, we'll collect all orders and send the information to our factory in Portugal so production can begin.
⚠️ Order changes (addresses, etc.) can be made until September 15th.
🎁 Shipping costs are free , both to Spain and Europe.
⚠️ You have a free size exchange .
❌ If you ultimately do not want to keep a pair from the pre-sale once you have received them, that return will also be free of charge.
⌛ So you can stay up-to-date on the progress of the production process, we'll send you information via email so you can see the progress of your shoes.

What advantages do I have in buying in the presale?
Pre-order shipping costs are free for locations where we ship.
You will be sure to have the model you want .
Once all pre-order orders have been submitted and any requested size changes have been made, we'll post the pairs we have available online.
What do I do if I make a mistake when placing my pre-sale order?
If you make a mistake in a model, color or size, you must CANCEL your order and place a new one, always within the week during which the pre-sale is active.
You can carry out the CANCELLATION process of your order from the ORDERS section of MY ACCOUNT.
You just have to click on the CANCEL button for your order to be cancelled.
The refund of your order will be made after verifying on our part that the cancellation has been validated and it may take a few days to become effective.
Can I make a size change?
Yes, you can, as we'll be producing a few extra pairs beyond what we have from pre-order. 😉
Please allow one week from the time we ship the shoes and it will always be subject to stock availability .
