👉 There's almost time left until you'll have your fierce adult sneakers on your feet! 💪✨ We'll start shipping them on Monday, September 29th , and you'll receive them in a day or two .
👀 And if you find they're not your ideal size when you try them on, don't worry: you have until October 6th to request an exchange through our returns portal . It couldn't be easier. 😉

🚀 Adult premiere and AW25 boots ✨
We're introducing our highly anticipated adult shoes 👟, designed with our signature philosophy of comfort and responsibility, along with our new baby and toddler boots 🍼👧, designed to provide maximum comfort for their first steps.
These boots are ready for fall 🍂❄️: warm, soft, and perfect for keeping little ones' feet warm without sacrificing the fierce style that defines us so much. 🦁💛
The following baby boot styles will be available: Júcar 🌊, Albaida 🔔, Bernia ⛰️, and also the new Tristán 🥾🚶♂️ style for children! The rest of the styles will come later, with the cool weather 🍂❄️.

⬇️ I have made two separate orders. Can you put them together to save me shipping costs?
This is a manual operation, which at times we have been able to manage “by hand”, but currently, with the volume of orders we have, it is not possible to ensure this management.
If you place an order and have forgotten something, it is best to cancel the first order and then place another order with all the pairs together, so that shipping costs are free.
You can carry out the CANCELLATION process of your order if we have not yet prepared your shoes in our FEROZ warehouse. You can do it yourself from the MY ACCOUNT section.
The refund of your order will be made after verifying from us that the cancellation has been validated and may take a few days to become effective.
In the case of the premiere, this may take a few hours...since we will be somewhat saturated.
⬇️ What do I do if I make a mistake when placing my order?
If you make a mistake in a model, color or size, you must CANCEL your order and place a new order.
You can carry out the CANCELLATION process of your order if we have not yet prepared your shoes in our FEROZ warehouse. You can do it yourself from the MY ACCOUNT section.
You just have to click on the CANCEL button for your order to be cancelled.
