Once again this year, we want to take advantage of the fact that the little ones have free afternoons by suggesting a fierce activity: ✏️draw, 🎨color, and 🦄decorate a template of our fierce ones.
As a prize, we'll choose a drawing to make on a real shoe🪄👟 and give it to its creator. 🏅 The contest winner will be the one who touches our hearts the most.❤️

If you reached your THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE page after the purchase process, the order has been placed correctly, don't worry.

⬇️ I have made two separate orders. Can you put them together to save me shipping costs?
This is a manual operation, which at times we have been able to manage “by hand”, but currently, with the volume of orders we have, it is not possible to ensure this management.
If you place an order and have forgotten something, it is best to cancel the first order and then place another order with all the pairs together, so that shipping costs are free.
You can carry out the CANCELLATION process of your order if we have not yet prepared your shoes in our FEROZ warehouse. You can do it yourself from the MY ACCOUNT section.
The refund of your order will be made after verifying from us that the cancellation has been validated and may take a few days to become effective.
In the case of the premiere, this may take a few hours...since we will be somewhat saturated.
⬇️ What do I do if I make a mistake when placing my order?
If you make a mistake in a model, color or size, you must CANCEL your order and place a new order.
You can carry out the CANCELLATION process of your order if we have not yet prepared your shoes in our FEROZ warehouse. You can do it yourself from the MY ACCOUNT section.
You just have to click on the CANCEL button for your order to be cancelled.
