The surface in contact with the foot is made of a technical sports fabric Coolmax® , highly breathable and quick drying. To keep the foot dry and healthy for longer.
🪨 The lower support is foamed with activated carbon to prevent the formation of sweat bacteria that cause bad foot odor.
🌱OEKO-TEX ecological certificate, STANDARD 100.
🤓 If you think your feet sweat a lot, it is advisable to have a couple of extra insoles and alternate them . This way, your shoes will last longer, the insoles will have time to dry well between uses, and you will avoid bad odors and bacteria.

How to clean your templates:
🧹 Remove dry dirt , rubbing with a hard shoe brush. 💧 Mix water and soap in a bowl, dip the template and brush vigorously. 🚿 Clear up with abundant water. ➰Mix vinegar and baking soda , spread the mixture with a brush on the template. ⌛ Let dry (never in the sun). 🧹 Once the mixture is dry, brush the template to remove the dust that forms with the mixture. 🌟 Ready!We leave you the video of how to do the cleaning:
How to cancel an order? ❌
Up to 30 minutes after placing an order you can cancel it from the " My account " section. A full refund will be made and you will no longer be able to modify your order.
How to return an item? 👟
You have 30 days to make a return from our returns portal . Enter your order number and zip code and select the model you want to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a pickup. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will refund the amount less the return costs (€5 for Spain and €10 from Europe ).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original box. Do not stick the label on the shoe box, you must stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can use the same box they came in).
What if I want a change? 🔄
We do not have the option to change. If you want to exchange your shoes for others, you must make a return following the steps mentioned above and make a new purchase. Remember that shipping costs are free for orders over €90 in Spain.
Why does it say free change sometimes? 🆓
Exceptionally and coinciding with the shipping of the shoes purchased in pre-sale, we offer a faster exchange method that consists of obtaining a gift card for the amount of the shoes you return so that you can buy new ones of the same model and color but different size. We call it a "free exchange" because even if you make a return, we do not charge the €5 fee and we give you the full amount of the shoe on the gift card so you can place a new order. Remember that for pre-sale shoes shipping is free and for the rest it is free if it exceeds €90 in Spain.
