Tarrago Sneakers Cleaner is a foam detergent with great cleaning power. It is made up of 98% natural vegetable products such as coconut oil, potato and corn sugar. Non-toxic and non-irritating ingredients, which translate into a deep clean for your shoes that respects their original colour and texture.

No gas, spray dispenser.
Conditions and deodorises leaving a pleasant and delicate fragrance.
It does not alter the appearance of the shoe.
Suitable for leather, microfibre, nubuck, textile and suede.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Pour the cleaner onto a damp sponge or brush.
Remove all dirt with the brush by rubbing gently.
With the help of a microfibre towel remove the remaining product.
Wait for the shoes to dry for at least 30 minutes.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel an order up to 30 minutes after placing it from the "My Account" section. A full refund will be issued, and you will no longer be able to modify your order.

How do I return an item?

You have 30 days to make a return through our returns portal. Enter your order number and postal code, and select the model you wish to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a collection. Once the product arrives at our facilities, we will refund the purchase price minus the return shipping costs (€5 for Spain, €7 for Portugal, and €10 for the rest of Europe). Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging. Do not attach the label to the shoe box; attach it to the bag or box you used for packaging (you can use the same box the item came in).

The process of exchanging a product for another involves making a return and placing a new order, all in one step. The discount for the returned item will already be included in the new order. You can find more details here: How to Exchange a Product. Remember that you can only exchange one product per order, and you cannot create a new exchange for an existing order using this process.
