✅ The main benefit is that you can secure the pair of shoes you want, buy them stress-free, throughout the week, at any time.
✅ Shipping costs will be free (including shipments to Europe), regardless of the amount of your purchase
✅ Because we know it's not easy to get the right size so far in advance, we offer one free size exchange (valid only in mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands). You'll have 7 days from the date you receive your shoes to request a size exchange.
✅ And as a new feature, if you ultimately decide not to keep the shoes, you will also have free returns .
⚠️ REMEMBER that you cannot order a pre-sale shoe and another one that we have in stock in the same order. Due to logistical reasons, we cannot ship the same order on two different dates. The system will notify you, removing the item so you can place two separate orders.
Pre-order size guide
Here is a link to the size guide, with measurements of length and width of the inside of the shoe , as well as a recommendation to choose the size based on the length of the foot (between 7 and 13 mm of free space).
It's important to take an accurate foot measurement to choose the correct size during the pre-sale. We don't recommend using other shoe brands' sizes or measuring your foot directly with a ruler, as both length and width can vary.

How does this pre-sale thing work?
What advantages do I have in buying in the presale?
The shipping costs of this pre-sale will be free to all the places where we make shipments.
You'll make sure you have the model you want .
Once all pre-sale orders have been sent and the requested size changes have been made, we will post the pairs that we have available on the web.
What do I do if I make a mistake when placing my pre-sale order?
If you make a mistake in a model, color or size, you must CANCEL your order and place a new one, always within the week during which the pre-sale is active.
You can carry out the CANCELLATION process of your order from the ORDERS section of MY ACCOUNT.
You just have to click on the CANCEL button for your order to be cancelled.
The refund of your order will be made after verifying on our part that the cancellation has been validated and it may take a few days to become effective.
Can I make a size change?
Yes, you will be able to do it, since we are going to produce a few extra pairs to the ones we have from the pre-sale. 😉
You can make 1 size change and it will always be subject to stock availability . It will be free if it is made from Spain and €10 if it is made from Europe.
I'm from the Canary Islands, can I access the adult presale?
You can now enjoy the adult models in our FEROZ Canarias shoe store.
Can my child wear adult shoes?
The podiatric characteristics of these minimalist adult shoes are the same as those of children, but due to the jogging that little ones usually give them, we ask you to be careful and cautious with the use that they can give them.
To give you an example, most of these models do not have a rubber toecap, so it could quickly deteriorate if your little one plays on the ground, drags them or brushes them while playing.
