Set of 2 Shoe Cleaning Brushes is a must-have for cleaning and keeping your sneakers always ready to wear.

This kit contains:

2 cleaning brushes: 9.5 x 3 x 4 cm

1 Soft Brush, Sneakers Total Brush
Brush made up of a beech wood handle and soft synthetic bristles, which will help you safely remove the most difficult stains on all surfaces, especially delicate ones that need extra care.

1 Super soft brush, Sneakers Dust Remover. 
Brush made up of a black beech wood handle and long, super soft synthetic bristles to remove daily dust from your sneakers.

HOW TO USE

Sneakers Total Brush for deep cleaning:

1. Apply the natural shoe cleaner directly to the brush and then dip the brush or pour the natural shoe cleaner in. in a container with water and soak the brush.
2. Brush the entire surface to be cleaned.
3. Remove any remaining product with a damp cotton or microfibre cloth.
4. Allow the shoes to dry before using them.

Sneakers Dust Remover Brush for Surface Cleaning:

1. Remove dust by gently brushing the entire surface with the brush.
2. Your Ferocious are ready!

After a cleaning session we recommend protecting the surface with the Waterproof Shoe Protector to keep the surface clean for longer.

How to cancel an order? ❌

Up to 30 minutes after placing an order you can cancel it from the " My account " section. A full refund will be made and you will no longer be able to modify your order.

How to return an item? 👟

You have 30 days to make a return from our returns portal . Enter your order number and zip code and select the model you want to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a pickup. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will refund the amount less the return costs (€5 for Spain and €10 from Europe ).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original box. Do not stick the label on the shoe box, you must stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can use the same box they came in).

What if I want a change? 🔄

We do not have the option to change. If you want to exchange your shoes for others, you must make a return following the steps mentioned above and make a new purchase. Remember that shipping costs are free for orders over €90 in Spain.

Why does it say free change sometimes? 🆓

Exceptionally and coinciding with the shipping of the shoes purchased in pre-sale, we offer a faster exchange method that consists of obtaining a gift card for the amount of the shoes you return so that you can buy new ones of the same model and color but different size. We call it a "free exchange" because even if you make a return, we do not charge the €5 fee and we give you the full amount of the shoe on the gift card so you can place a new order. Remember that for pre-sale shoes shipping is free and for the rest it is free if it exceeds €90 in Spain.
