Shipping and delivery times

We will deliver the products to the shipping address that you indicate during the purchase.

zapatoferoz.es via Big Blue, the company that manages our warehouse, will send you an email notifying you of the shipment of your order so that you have the tracking information.

DELIVERY PERIOD

For national deliveries you can select three types of shipments:

Shipping 1-2 business days
Shipping 3-4 business days
Pick up at post office
A working day is understood to be Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends are excluded. If your order is placed after 12:00 noon, the next business day on which you place the order is counted as the first business day.

If you select Pick up at post office, the system will suggest the office closest to your home. If you do not select any, one will be assigned as close as possible to your place of residence.

International deliveries will be made within 7 to 10 business days after making the purchase, excluding holidays and weekends.

zapatoferoz.es will distribute your order through the transport company PaackMRW o Correos for domestic shipments and  B2C Europe for international shipments, both of which may be subject to delays not attributable to zapatoferoz.es .

SHIPPING INCIDENTS

An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package and you sign the delivery receipt document.

In the case of possible setbacks in shipping; delay in shipping, loss of the order or other various causes, you should contact us through the Contact Form selecting the option I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER.

You must explain exactly what the problem is in the shipment, always indicating the order number. We will respond to your request and try to solve the problem as quickly as possible.

We therefore do not assume any liability for when the delivery of the product or service does not take place as a result of the shipping data that you have provided us being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the recipient.

NATIONAL SHIPMENTS

The cost will be €5 or €6 depending on the modality chosen for purchases less than €90 and will be free for purchases equal to or greater than €90.

PORTUGAL
The cost will be €7 for the peninsula. We do not have shipments to the islands.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

The cost will be €10 .

CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA

We currently ship to addresses throughout Spain, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Period of validity and conditions of offers and promotions

zapatoferoz.es stipulates the conditions of offers and promotions as follows:

All offers published in zapatoferoz.es will be valid, except for typographical errors, until the end of stock or the end of the time allocated to said offers. The offers or promotions presented by zapatoferoz.es are not cumulative and will be applied individually.

CODES FOR SPECIAL PROMOTIONS

Special promotions are not cumulative, not even in the case of discounts on shipping costs. We reserve the right to cancel, modify or replace the validity of discounts or special promotions without prior notice.

Cancellations, returns, incidents

You can CANCEL an order in progress from your user account through the section MY ACCOUNT – ORDERS as long as we have not yet prepared it in our warehouse (its status must say PROCESSING).

If you want to RETURN a product you must manage it yourself through the Orders section of your user account https://zapatoferoz.es/mi-cuenta/pedidos/ .

All products offered on the web may be returned without just cause within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

You can return your order or a product:

  • If it has not been used.
  • If it maintains all original packaging and accessories.
  • If it is in perfect condition, as originally delivered.

We reserve the right not to accept the return of an order in cases in which these requirements are not met.

Any item that does not meet these criteria may be sent back (after payment by the client of the costs of collecting the rejected return and the new shipment that we must carry out) or the cost of its reconditioning and/or reconditioning will be charged. or the depreciation that it has suffered, in accordance with the return policy that we detail below.

Returns policy

LEGAL RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE PURCHASE
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 30 calendar days without the need for justification.

You must send the order by your own means to Zapato Feroz and once the order is in our facilities we will make a full refund. If you decide to use our courier system, you must pay the return shipping costs, which amount to €5.

In the event that the shoes are in such poor condition and that they cannot be put up for sale again (with obvious signs of use, dirty or damaged) we will contact you to indicate the reasons why the withdrawal is rejected and explain how. proceed to the payment of the new shipment to send them back to you.

If you decide to keep any product and, consequently, partially cancel your order, or return the products after fourteen (14) calendar days but within the aforementioned 30 calendar days, you will be refunded only the price paid for the products and the costs. shipping costs will not be returned.

REVIEW AND DEADLINE FOR REIMBURSEMENT

Once the package containing the return is received, Zapato Feroz will verify that the product is in perfect condition and that the conditions to refund the amount are met. This review and refund process will take us 7 to 10 business days from when the package is delivered (to the courier or to the office of your choice)..

If the return is approved, we will refund the amount of your purchase, including shipping costs (if any), in the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction.

RETURNS OF DIRTY SHOES OR WITH SIGNS OF USE

In the event that the shoes are in such poor condition that they cannot be put back on sale (with obvious signs of use, dirty or deteriorated) we will contact you to indicate the reasons why the return is rejected and explain how to proceed. to the payment of the collection and new shipment to send them back to you.

RETURN COSTS

Returns will have a cost of €5 for Spain and €10 for international.

The cost of the return will be deducted from the total amount to be returned.

The shipping costs of the order, if any, will be fully refunded.

If the reason for the return was due to a product received in poor condition or defective, or because you received a product that is not the one you ordered, no return charge will be deducted. We remind you that any flaw, defect or lack of conformity with the order received must be reported immediately upon receipt, so we ask you to check the shoes when you receive them.

 

LATE RETURNS

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Incidents

We work with the highest levels of quality in all our materials and processes. If, despite this, a product turns out to be defective, we will immediately proceed to provide an adequate solution (as appropriate: replacement, repair, price reduction or refund), procedures that will be free for the consumer and user.

We ask you to check the shoes when you receive them and always before you wear them for the first time. Any lack of conformity with the order, fault or defect with the product or deterioration during transport must be communicated upon receipt of your order. In this way we can analyse your case and give you an adequate solution to your problem.

Incidents that do not follow this procedure will not be dealt with. In any case, returns of shoes with incidents that do not follow this channel and are sent as a return from the customer area, will be processed as a normal return with their corresponding expenses.

Complaints and claims

For any issues, complaints or incidents, please contact our customer service via our Contact Form or email hello@zapatoferoz.es. Your request will be dealt with in the shortest possible time and, in any case, within the legally established period.

If, after having sought a solution through our customer service, you are not satisfied and wish to file an official complaint, you can do so through one of the accredited entities that you will find on the platform. ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) .

You do not need any special document to file a claim at the OMIC (Municipal Consumer Information Office) of your choice, nor online, but if you wish you can use this complaint form .

TO MAKE A PRODUCT CHANGE

We do not provide the option of changing a shoe size.

Any changes in size, colour or model must take place through the process of  RETURN + a NEW ORDER .

Security and confidentiality

We promise that your card data is processed solely and exclusively on a secure Stripe server. We do not have access to your credit card data at any time. It travels encrypted through the network with total security.

Both parties expressly commit to the preservation of all information exchanged between us, either through the web or via email, as proof of the transactions carried out.

In the same way, and only in the event that the PURCHASING PARTY has given its consent in this regard,  will they be processed automatically, for purposes that arise directly from the contractual relationship established with the SELLING PARTY, and with the limits derived from the contracted service.

All of them have a guarantee period of 3 years, in accordance with the criteria and conditions described in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

Validity of the form as proof of acceptance
