And, on the other hand, by the USER, whose personal data are those that you have filled out in the order form, which the Entity has made available to you at the URL zapatoferoz.es . All data included in the aforementioned form have been entered directly, so the responsibility for the authenticity of the same corresponds, directly and exclusively, to the user. Hereinafter BUYING PARTY.

Your data will be processed automatically in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/99 of 13 December on Data Protection.

Price of the service/product

The prices on zapatoferoz.es are unique prices, we do not have wholesale prices.

The purchase price of the product is the one specified on our website, next to the selected product.

The RRP indicated thus includes the corresponding applicable VAT.

The RRP does not include applicable shipping costs.

We reserve the right to modify prices. Products will be billed to the customer at the rate applicable at the time of validation of the order, except for obvious typographical or photographic errors.

You declare that you are aware of and accept that the final amount to be paid for the purchased product will be the result of adding the indicated price and the corresponding shipping costs.



Payment methods

The final amount of the product will be paid through the secure payment gateway enabled by zapatoferoz.es .

If your payment method is via credit card, you will be asked for your card number, expiration date and CVC. You may need to confirm the transaction with a code sent by your bank to your mobile phone.

You also have BIZUM online as a payment method in Spain and MB WAY and MB MULTIBANCO for payments from Portugal. BIZUM online does not work exactly like the BIZUM payment method between individuals, you will need to authorize the payment from your banking APP to be able to complete it.

For your peace of mind, we guarantee that your personal and card details travel encrypted to Shop Pay or MONEI Payments thanks to the secure SSL server. Also, at no time does zapatoferoz.es receive or store your card details, only the confirmation of your payment.



Shipping and delivery times

We will deliver the products to the shipping address you provide during purchase.

zapatoferoz.es will send you an email via Big Blue, the company that manages our warehouse, notifying you of the shipment of your order so that you have tracking information for it.

DELIVERY TIME

For national deliveries you can select two types of shipments:

  • Shipping 3-4 business days
  • Pick up at post office

Free shipping to mainland Spain takes approximately 3 to 4 business days.

Business days are understood to be Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and weekends . Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be considered, for all purposes, as if they had been placed on the following business day.

If you select Pick up at a post office, the system will suggest the office closest to your home. If you do not select one, one will be assigned as close as possible to your place of residence.

International deliveries will be made within 7 to 10 business days after purchase, excluding holidays and weekends.

zapatoferoz.es is subject to the distribution of its orders by the logistics company, the usual ones being Paack , MRW, SEUR or Correos for national shipments and UPS for international ones, which may perceive setbacks not attributable to zapatoferoz.es .

These deliveries may be delayed at specific times when our own products are launched due to the volume of shipments, on certain holidays due to the volume of shipments by courier companies or occasionally due to incidents in the logistics and transport service.

Shipping incidents

An order is considered delivered when the carrier hands you the package and you sign the delivery receipt.

In the event of possible shipping setbacks; delay in shipping, loss of the order or other various causes, you must contact us through the contact form by selecting the option I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER.

You must explain exactly what the problem is with the shipment, always indicating the order number. We will respond to your request and try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Therefore, we do not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product or service does not take place as a result of the shipping information you have provided us being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company assigned for this purpose, such as the absence of the recipient.

Please review the contents of your order as soon as you receive it to ensure that everything is correct.

Order preparation

zapatoferoz.es will not charge any amount for the preparation of the order.

Shipping costs

zapatoferoz.es works in collaboration with the transport agencies associated with our logistics company, the usual ones being: Paack, MRW, SEUR and Correos (national shipments) and B2C Europe (international shipments).

NATIONAL SHIPMENTS

The cost will be €5 for purchases under €90 and will be free for purchases equal to or greater than €90 .

PORTUGAL

The cost will be €7 for the peninsula. We do not ship to the islands.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The cost will be €10 .

CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA

We currently ship to addresses throughout Spain, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

We do not ship to Andorra.

We also do not ship to PO boxes.



Validity period and conditions of offers and promotions

zapatoferoz.es stipulates the conditions of the offers and promotions as follows:

All offers published on zapatoferoz.es will be valid, except for typographical errors, while stocks last or the time allocated to said offers ends. The offers or promotions presented by zapatoferoz.es cannot be combined with each other and will be applied individually.

CODES FOR SPECIAL PROMOTIONS

Special promotions cannot be combined, including shipping cost discounts. We reserve the right to cancel, modify or replace the validity of special discounts or promotions without prior notice.



Cancellations, changes, returns, incidents

You can CANCEL an order yourself up to 30 minutes after placing your order MY ACCOUNT – ORDERS .

If you wish to RETURN a product, you must manage it yourself through the Orders section of your user account https://zapatoferoz.es/mi-cuenta/ pedidos/ .

All products offered on the website may be returned without justified cause within a maximum period of 30 days from when you receive the order.

You can return your order or a product:

  • If it has not been used.
  • Keeping all original packaging and accessories.
  • In perfect condition, as originally delivered.

We reserve the right not to accept the return of the order in cases where these requirements are not met.

Any item that does not meet these criteria may be sent back (with the customer paying the costs of collecting the rejected return and the new shipment that we must make) or the cost of its reconditioning and/or the depreciation it has suffered will be charged, in accordance with the returns policy detailed below.

After these 30 days, we will not be able to process any product returns.

Return policy

LEGAL RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE PURCHASE

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 30 calendar days without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Zapato Feroz of your decision to exercise this right through an unequivocal statement. You can use this withdrawal form template and send it to hola@zapatoferoz.es

You must send the order by your own means to Zapato Feroz and once the order is at our facilities we will make a full refund. If you decide to use our courier system you will have to pay the return shipping costs, which amount to €5 for Spain and €10 for international orders.

In the event that the shoes are in such poor condition that they cannot be put back on sale (with obvious signs of use, dirt or damage) we will contact you to tell you the reasons why the withdrawal is rejected and explain how to proceed with the payment for the new shipment to send them back to you.

If you decide to keep any product and, consequently, partially cancel your order, or return the products after fourteen (14) calendar days but within the aforementioned 30 calendar days, you will be reimbursed only for the price paid for the products, deducting the return costs.

REVIEW AND REFUND TERM

Once the package containing the return has been received, Zapato Feroz will check that the product is in perfect condition and that the conditions for refunding the amount have been met. This review and refund process will take us 7 to 10 working days from the time the package is delivered (to the courier or to the office of your choice). 

If the return is approved, we will refund the amount of your order (less the return costs) using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.

RETURNS OF DIRTY SHOES OR SHOES WITH SIGNS OF USE

In the event that the shoes are in such poor condition that they cannot be put back on sale (with obvious signs of use, dirt or damage) we will contact you to tell you the reasons why the return is rejected and explain how to proceed with the payment for the collection and new shipment to send them back to you.

RETURN COSTS

Returns will cost €5 for mainland Spain and 7 for Portugal and €10 for international orders.

The cost of the return will be deducted from the total amount to be returned.

Shipping costs for the order, if any, will be fully refunded if you return the entire order.

If the reason for the return is due to a product received in poor condition or defective, or because you have received a product that is not the one you ordered, no charge will be deducted for the return. In order to properly manage this type of return, please contact us through our contact form . We remind you that any defect, flaw or lack of conformity with the order received must be reported immediately upon receipt, so we ask you to check the shoes when you receive them.

RETURNS OUT OF TIME

No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of delivery of the product.

Incidents

We work with the highest quality standards in all our materials and processes. If, despite this, a product turns out to be defective, we will immediately provide an appropriate solution (as appropriate: replacement, repair, price reduction or refund), which will be free of charge for the consumer and user.

We ask that you inspect the products upon receipt and always before using them for the first time. Any lack of conformity with the order, fault or defect in the product or damage during transport must be reported upon receipt. This is the time when we can give you an appropriate response.

If you have any problem with your shoes and you consider that it is a fault or incident associated with production, you should contact us through the contact form by selecting the option WITH AN ORDER THAT I HAVE ALREADY PLACED >> I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE SHOES RECEIVED, indicating what the incident was and sending photos of the product received that show the problem.

This way we can analyze your case and give you an appropriate solution to your problem.

Incidents that do not follow this procedure will not be dealt with. In any case, shoe returns with incidents that do not follow this procedure and are sent as a return from the customer area will be processed as a normal return with the corresponding costs.

Complaints and claims

For any problem, complaint or incident, you can contact our customer service through the contact form or email hola(at)zapatoferoz.es. Your request will be attended to as soon as possible and, in any case, within the legally established period.

If after seeking a solution through our customer service you are not satisfied and wish to file an official complaint, you can do so through one of the accredited entities that you will find on the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform.

You do not need any special document to file a complaint at the OMIC (Municipal Consumer Information Office) of your choice, not even online, but if you wish you can use this complaint form .

TO MAKE A PRODUCT EXCHANGE

The process of exchanging one product for another will consist of making a return and a new order, all in the same process and with the discount of the product to be returned already included in the purchase process of the new order, from this link we explain it better ⤵️
How to make a product change

Remember that You can only make one change for each product in your order, and that you cannot make a new change to the order you have created through this process. If you want to change the product again, you must make a return and a new order.

Why does it say size change sometimes? 🆓

In a way exceptional and coinciding with the shipment of shoes purchased in pre-sale, we put a method of Free size exchange before the items go on sale, which consists of obtaining a discount code for the amount of the shoes you return so that you can buy new ones of the same model and colour but a different size. We call it "free size exchange" because even if you make a return, we do not charge the €5 fee and we give you the full amount of the shoe in the form of a code with credit for the new purchase so that you can make a new order by deducting this amount from the payment. Remember that for pre-sale shoes shipping is free and for the rest it is free if it exceeds €90 in Spain.

To obtain this code, you must select the "free exchange" option when accessing our returns portal.
This code will be sent to you by email when you drop off the products at the carrier's office and you can use it to purchase a new product on our website. Remember that shipping costs for this new order are only free if the amount is greater than 90 euros or if the item is pre-ordered.

The request for this code is optional and once generated it cannot be replaced for its monetary value, that is, once the code is issued it cannot be cancelled and exchanged for its value.

This code does not expire and can be used to purchase any product in the store. It can be used on different orders as long as there is a balance in the store,
If you make a subsequent return of an item that you have paid for with this code, the refund amount will be increased by increasing the credit you have available for this code so that you can use it for a new purchase.


Security and confidentiality

We promise that your card details are processed solely and exclusively on a secure Shop PAY or MONEI server and at no time do we have access to your credit card details that travel encrypted and in complete security over the network.

Both parties expressly agree to retain all information exchanged between us, whether via the website or via email, as proof of the transactions carried out.

Likewise, and only in the event that the BUYING PARTY has given its consent in this regard, the data will be processed automatically, for purposes that arise directly from the contractual relationship established with the SELLING PARTY, and within the limits derived from the contracted service.

Likewise, and also with the consent of the PURCHASING PARTY, they may be used to send information to the client of the SELLING PARTY.

Warranties

All the products on our website are completely original, conceived, designed and manufactured by zapatoferoz.es .

All of them have a 3-year warranty period, in accordance with the criteria and conditions described in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.



Validity of the form as proof of acceptance

Both parties expressly declare that you will accept these general conditions of sale by clicking the PLACE ORDER button, which appears on the Finalize Purchase page and by accepting the Privacy Policy and Conditions of Sale on this same page.

The terms and conditions of this website are, for all purposes, subject to the Spanish courts.

zapatoferoz.es reserves the legitimate right to defend our interests as a company in the event of insults, slander or unjustified attacks against our brand image on the Internet or in any other media.

If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be ineffective but only to the extent of such invalidity and will not affect any other provision of these Terms.



Corporate Responsibility

We are exempt from any type of responsibility derived from the information published on our website, provided that this information has been manipulated or introduced by a third party other than the same.

We are not responsible for any damages or losses of any kind that may arise from incorrect, illegitimate or illicit use of our website, the services and content offered or the incorrect use of the products sold.
