How does this presale work?
Is it like making a shoe reservation?
Yes, the pre-sale is basically a reservation for the school line for the upcoming AW25 season. You pay for your child's shoes in advance and we'll send them to you later , once they're ready.
📋 Once the pre-sale week is over, we will collect all orders and send the information to our factory in Portugal so that production can begin.
⚠️ Modifications to the order (addresses, etc.) can be made until August 7th.
🎁 Shipping costs are free , both to Spain and to Europe.
⚠️ You have one free size exchange from Spain. Exchanges from Europe will cost €10.
❌ If you ultimately decide not to keep any pair from the pre-sale once you have received them, that return is free.
⌛To keep you informed about the production process, we will send you updates via email so you can track the progress of your shoes.

What advantages do I have in buying in the presale?
The shipping costs of this pre-sale will be free in the places where we make shipments.
You'll make sure you have the model you want .
Once all pre-sale orders have been sent and the requested size changes have been made, we will post the pairs that we have available on the web.
What do I do if I make a mistake when placing my pre-sale order?
If you make a mistake in a model, color or size, you must CANCEL your order and place a new one, always within the week during which the pre-sale is active.
You can carry out the CANCELLATION process of your order from the ORDERS section of MY ACCOUNT.
You just have to click on the CANCEL button for your order to be cancelled.
The refund of your order will be made after verifying on our part that the cancellation has been validated and it may take a few days to become effective.
Can I make a size change?
Yes, you can, as we'll be producing a few extra pairs beyond what we have from pre-order. 😉
You can exchange your size once, subject to availability . It will be free if you exchange it from Spain and €10 if you exchange it from Europe.
