Exterior material

🪶 Microfiber. It replicates the characteristics of natural leather, but withstands the wear and tear of our little ones much better🤸🏿.

The Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 Class I label certifies, by an independent laboratory, that it is organic and free from harmful substances . It also holds the European Vegetarian Union V-Level seal in the vegan category.

🟤 Microfiber suede . It is a recycled suede leather , manufactured from the production scraps of natural suede and mixed with polyester to improve its technical performance by acting as a structural reinforcement.

Furthermore, it is very durable, easy to clean, and dries quickly.

Lining

Coolmax® technical fabric made with fibers that tend to wick sweat away from the body, helping to keep your feet dry for longer.

Templates

👣 We've designed these insoles to keep your feet drier. The bottom support is made of a carefully selected density foam, infused with 🪨activated carbon, to prevent the formation of sweat bacteria that cause foot odor.

🦶 In contact with the foot it has a breathable Coolmax® technical fabric that wicks sweat away to the outside.

Sole

👟 Rubber soles that provide good grip and flexibility. Designed to make first steps safe and gentle. Minimal thickness to reduce impact without losing contact with the ground.

🌿 In addition to the optimal properties it provides to footwear, the rubber sole generates less waste due to its reusability during manufacturing. This makes it more sustainable and environmentally friendly.

Caring for your Feroces is also part of the journey.

You're going to experience many adventures with your Feroces... And although they're made to accompany you through everything with fierce dignity... they also need a little care 🩷. But remember, caring doesn't mean scrubbing away memories.

What they need:

🧴 A gentle and regular cleaning.

👣 Remove the insoles every night so the shoe can breathe. The worst enemy of microfiber is moisture.

🫧Avoid over-cleaning. If you clean your shoes every day, it can be counterproductive in the long run. Too frequent cleaning can accelerate material wear.

🌀 Do not put them in the washing machine. We cannot guarantee that they will come out in good condition, and fabric softener can damage or break down microfiber.

🔥 Avoid heat sources. Do not use a dryer, radiator, or place them to dry directly in the sun. High temperatures can dry out and deteriorate natural rubber.

⚠️ Be careful with intense colors. Some strong shades might release some color if submerged in water. In these cases, it's best to clean them with a slightly damp and well-wrung cloth.

How to clean your shoes step by step:

🧹 Dry brush with a stiff shoe brush to remove dust and surface dirt.

💧 Apply a little natural shoe cleaner to a soft shoe brush and slightly dampen it with water.

🧼 Gently scrub to thoroughly clean the surface.

🧻 Remove moisture and dry the shoe with a clean cloth.

🌬️ Let them air dry, away from direct heat sources.

How to cancel an order? ❌

Up to 30 minutes after placing an order you can cancel it from the " My account " section. A full refund will be made and you will no longer be able to modify your order.

How to return an item? 👟

You have 30 days to make a return from our returns portal . Enter your order number and zip code and select the model you want to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a pickup. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will refund the amount less the return costs (€5 for Spain and €10 from Europe ).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original box. Do not stick the label on the shoe box, you must stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can use the same box they came in).

What if I want a change? 🔄

We do not have the option to change. If you want to exchange your shoes for others, you must make a return following the steps mentioned above and make a new purchase. Remember that shipping costs are free for orders over €90 in Spain.

Why does it say free change sometimes? 🆓

Exceptionally and coinciding with the shipping of the shoes purchased in pre-sale, we offer a faster exchange method that consists of obtaining a gift card for the amount of the shoes you return so that you can buy new ones of the same model and color but different size. We call it a "free exchange" because even if you make a return, we do not charge the €5 fee and we give you the full amount of the shoe on the gift card so you can place a new order. Remember that for pre-sale shoes shipping is free and for the rest it is free if it exceeds €90 in Spain.
