🔄 Adult size change

👉 You have time from Monday, April 29 at 12:00 p.m., to Wednesday, May 8 to make the size change.

First you have to return the previous model purchased in pre-sale from our RETURNS PORTAL.

On this page you will have available the same models and colors that you bought in pre-sale and you will be able to buy a new shoe in another size.

Afterwards, we will check that your new order is correct and we will send the pair of shoes, without you having to do anything else.

⚠️ REMEMBER : You can only buy the same model and color in another size, the purchase of another model or another color is not allowed. In this section ONLY the models available to you appear.

Make your purchase of the same model and color, but with the correct size and use the gift card received in the corresponding box on the cart screen. .

How to make a size change?

If you have any incident , you can send an email to hola@zapatoferoz.es with the subject "Size change" and we will assist you as soon as possible.
