Shipping and delivery times
We will deliver the products to the shipping address that you indicate during the purchase.
zapaferoz.es will send you through Loginser, the company that manages our warehouse, an email notifying you of the shipment of your order so that you have the tracking information.
DELIVERY TERM
National deliveries will be made within a period of 5 to 7 working days, after having made the purchase, excluding holidays and weekends.
International deliveries will be made within a period of 7 to 10 business days, after having made the purchase, excluding holidays and weekends.
zapatoferoz.es is subject to the distribution of your orders by the transport company Correos Express for national shipments and GLS for international shipments, and these may perceive setbacks not attributable to zapatoferoz.es.
SHIPPING INCIDENTS
An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package and you sign the delivery receipt document.
In the case of possible setbacks in shipping; delay in shipping, loss of the order or other various causes, you must contact us through the contact form by selecting the option I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER.
You must explain exactly what the problem is in the shipment, always indicating the order number. We will respond to your request and try to solve the problem as quickly as possible.
In this way, we do not assume any responsibility for when the delivery of the product or service does not take place as a result of the shipping data that you have provided us being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, assigned for this purpose, as is the absence of the recipient.
Check the content of your order as soon as you receive it to verify that everything is correct.

zapaferoz.es will not charge any amount for the preparation of the order.
SHIPPING COSTS
zapaferoz.es works in collaboration with the transport agency Correos Express (national shipments) and GLS (international shipments).
NATIONAL SHIPMENTS
The cost will be €5 for purchases less than €90 and will be free for purchases equal to or greater than €90.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
The cost will be €10.
CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA
We currently ship to addresses throughout Spain, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

We do not ship to Andorra.
We also do not ship to PO Boxes.
