Upper sole

🌱 Microfibre. It has the same characteristics as natural leather, but can withstand lots of running around! 🤸🏿.

It is soft and pleasant to the touchin light, breathable material. Resistant easy to clean and quick drying. These shoes have been awarded the Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 class I seal that independently certifies that this footwear is ecological and free of toxic agents.

🥦 Lycra. Highly-resistant breathable technical material with antibacterial qualities.

Lining

The comfort of your kids' feet is important to us! 🤗 That's why we use a technical fabric in the lining and insoles. Designed to keep feet dry for longer by displacing sweat to the exterior part of the shoe.

Insoles

👣 We have designed the insoles to keep your child's feet drier. The lower part of the insole is made of a foam which has been widely tested for its density, with active carbon to prevent the formation of bacteria that generate bad foot odour.

🦶 The breathable technical fabric in contact with the foot displaces sweat to the exterior part of the shoe. 🌱OEKO-TEX ecological certificate, STANDARD 100.

Sole

👟 High-quality natural rubber sole, non-slip and flexible. It has been specially designed for intrepid adventures. It is slightly thicker than the rest of the models, without losing its barefoot essence. The pattern of the sole is designed for maximum grip on uneven surfaces.

📢 The natural rubber sole not only adds properties to the footwear, it also generates less waste during the manufacturing process. And it can be reused which makes it more sustainable and environmentally friendly.

⚠️ If you clean your shoes every day, it can be counterproductive in the long run. Excessive cleaning can lead to the degradation process of the shoe.

❌ Do not put them in the washing machine because we cannot guarantee they will come out in perfect condition.
❌ Brightly coloured shoes may lose some of their colour if submerged in water. We recommend that you only use a damp cloth to clean your footwear.

How to cancel an order? ❌

Up to 30 minutes after placing an order you can cancel it from the " My account " section. A full refund will be made and you will no longer be able to modify your order.

How to return an item? 👟

You have 30 days to make a return from our returns portal . Enter your order number and zip code and select the model you want to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a pickup. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will refund the amount less the return costs (€5 for Spain and €10 from Europe ).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original box. Do not stick the label on the shoe box, you must stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can use the same box they came in).

What if I want a change? 🔄

We do not have the option to change. If you want to exchange your shoes for others, you must make a return following the steps mentioned above and make a new purchase. Remember that shipping costs are free for orders over €90 in Spain.

Why does it say free change sometimes? 🆓

Exceptionally and coinciding with the shipping of the shoes purchased in pre-sale, we offer a faster exchange method that consists of obtaining a gift card for the amount of the shoes you return so that you can buy new ones of the same model and color but different size. We call it a "free exchange" because even if you make a return, we do not charge the €5 fee and we give you the full amount of the shoe on the gift card so you can place a new order. Remember that for pre-sale shoes shipping is free and for the rest it is free if it exceeds €90 in Spain.
