“Emotional Emergency Kit” is a workshop designed to help families learn mindfulness tools in a simple and accessible way. These tools help them recognize, express, and regulate their emotions. Through games, breathing exercises, and practical activities, we will build together a small “inner first-aid kit” to turn to in moments of intensity. It's a space to cultivate calm, empathy, and connection in everyday life. 🌈🫶🏼✨
