🧼 Technical materials that are easy to clean by hand. Do not put in the washing machine. The drum and detergents can degrade the microfiber and rubber.

Outer material

Microfiber and nubuck microfiber.
Microfiber reproduces the characteristics of natural leather, it is breathable, flexible and resistant. It can be cleaned easily and dries very quickly.

🌱 In addition, this material has a European Vegetarian Union V-Level Seal in the vegan category.

The difference between nappa microfiber finish (normal) and nubuck microfiber finish is superficial . Nappa leather has a more polished satin finish. Micronubuck has a velvety finish that nuances the material and gives it softness.

Cover

Coolmax® micro-perforated technical fabric made with fibers that tend to evacuate sweat to the outside, helping to keep the foot dry for longer.

Insoles

👣 Technical, removable and breathable insole. Drier feet. Material: Double layer, foamed support with 🪨activated carbon to prevent the formation of sweat bacteria that generate bad foot odor. Highly breathable Coolmax® technical fabric that keeps the foot dry for longer.

Sole

👟 Rubber sole in all colors that provides good grip and flexibility. Designed so that little ones can take their first steps with confidence and security. Minimum thickness to reduce impacts without losing contact with the ground.

📢 In addition to the properties it provides to footwear, it generates less waste in its manufacturing.

🌏 In the khaki and pieta colors, the sole is made of recycled rubber. We introduce a percentage of recycled rubber (colored specks), reusing our own manufacturing remains. Same features, more sustainable, and more beautiful.
The color of the sole may vary slightly from one shoe to another. We embrace subtle differences in favor of the environment.

⚠️ If you are one of those who clean your shoes every day, know that in the long run it can be counterproductive. Excessive cleaning can contribute to accelerate the degradation of the shoe.

❌ Do not put them in the washing machine, since we cannot guarantee that they will come out in good condition. Fabric softener, alcohol, acetones can break down microfiber.
❌👀 We love this combination but be careful during cleaning, since the print with very continuous rubbing can lose intensity.

How to clean your microfiber shoes:

🧹 Dry brush with a hard shoe brush to remove excess dirt.
💧Put a little natural soap on a soft shoe brush and wet the brush lightly with water.
🧹 Brush the shoe gently .
🧼 Dry the shoe with a cloth.
🌟 Ready!

How to cancel an order? ❌

Up to 30 minutes after placing an order you can cancel it from the " My account " section. A full refund will be made and you will no longer be able to modify your order.

How to return an item? 👟

You have 30 days to make a return from our returns portal . Enter your order number and zip code and select the model you want to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a pickup. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will refund the amount less the return costs (€5 for Spain and €10 from Europe ).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original box. Do not stick the label on the shoe box, you must stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can use the same box they came in).

What if I want a change? 🔄

We do not have the option to change. If you want to exchange your shoes for others, you must make a return following the steps mentioned above and make a new purchase. Remember that shipping costs are free for orders over €90 in Spain.

Why does it say free change sometimes? 🆓

Exceptionally and coinciding with the shipping of the shoes purchased in pre-sale, we offer a faster exchange method that consists of obtaining a gift card for the amount of the shoes you return so that you can buy new ones of the same model and color but different size. We call it a "free exchange" because even if you make a return, we do not charge the €5 fee and we give you the full amount of the shoe on the gift card so you can place a new order. Remember that for pre-sale shoes shipping is free and for the rest it is free if it exceeds €90 in Spain.
