โ ๏ธ If you clean your shoes every day, it can be counterproductive in the long run. Excessive cleaning can contribute to accelerating the shoe's degradation.
โ Do not put them in the washing machine because we cannot guarantee they will come out in good condition.
โ Brightly coloured shoes may lose some of their colour if submerged in water. We recommend only using a well-wrung damp cloth to clean your footwear.
How to clean your microfibre rockers:
๐งน Dry brush with a hard shoe brush to remove excess dirt.
๐งPut some natural shoe cleaner on a soft shoe brush and wet the brush slightly with water.
๐งน Brush the shoe .
๐งผ Dry the shoe with a cloth.
๐ Ready to wear!

๐งปPut some paper inside your shoes to maintain their shape during cleaning.๐งนPut somenatural shoe cleaner on a soft shoe brush and wet the brush lightly with water.

๐ง Dampen a cloth with water(squeeze it well) and wipe the shoe to remove the cleaner.
โ Leave the shoes to dry (but never in direct sunlight).
๐งฝUse a shoe sponge to match up any patches of colour (when a shoe with a Nubuck finish dries there may be different patches of colour and the sponge helps to fix this).

How to cancel an order? โ
Up to 30 minutes after placing an order you can cancel it from the " My account " section. A full refund will be made and you will no longer be able to modify your order.
How to return an item? ๐
You have 30 days to make a return from our returns portal . Enter your order number and zip code and select the model you want to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a pickup. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will refund the amount less the return costs (โฌ5 for Spain and โฌ10 from Europe ).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original box. Do not stick the label on the shoe box, you must stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can use the same box they came in).
What if I want a change? ๐
We do not have the option to change. If you want to exchange your shoes for others, you must make a return following the steps mentioned above and make a new purchase. Remember that shipping costs are free for orders over โฌ90 in Spain.
Why does it say free change sometimes? ๐
Exceptionally and coinciding with the shipping of the shoes purchased in pre-sale, we offer a faster exchange method that consists of obtaining a gift card for the amount of the shoes you return so that you can buy new ones of the same model and color but different size. We call it a "free exchange" because even if you make a return, we do not charge the โฌ5 fee and we give you the full amount of the shoe on the gift card so you can place a new order. Remember that for pre-sale shoes shipping is free and for the rest it is free if it exceeds โฌ90 in Spain.
