Upper material

🍃 Microfiber. Reproduces the characteristics of natural leather, but withstands the wear and tear of our little ones much better🤸🏿.

🌱 Nubuck microfiber. It is the same microfiber, but the final treatment is a surface brushing, offering a velvety, softer and more nuanced look.

In addition, it is very resistant, can be cleaned very easily and dries quickly.

The Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 class I seal certifies, by an independent laboratory, that it is ecological and free of harmful agents for health. And it has the European Vegetarian Union V-Label in the vegan category.

Lining

Coolmax® technical fabric made with fibers that wick sweat away from the body, helping to keep feet dry longer.

👣 We have designed the insoles to keep feet drier. The lower support is a delicately studied density foam, with 🪨 activated charcoal, to prevent the formation of sweat bacteria that generate foot odor.

🦶 In contact with the foot, it has a breathable Coolmax® technical fabric that wicks sweat away from the body.

Sole

🦶 Barefoot sole, a natural and safe sensation. Made of rubber, it offers excellent grip, maximum flexibility and high durability. The thickness of the sole progressively increases to adapt to foot growth, offering more safety and resistance, without losing flexibility.

Starting with 3.5 mm in sizes 24 to 28, 4 mm in sizes 29 to 33 and 4.5 mm in sizes 34 and 35, providing the necessary protection against impacts without interfering with natural movement.

🌍 Sustainability at every step. The rubber we use improves the performance of barefoot footwear and, in addition, allows us to recycle material within the manufacturing process itself, reducing waste. A small gesture that adds up to moving towards a system that is more respectful of the environment.

Caring for your Feroces is also part of the journey.

You will experience many adventures with your Feroces... And although they are made to accompany you everywhere with fierce dignity... they also need a little care 🩷. But remember, caring doesn't mean scrubbing away the memories.

What they need:

🧴 Gentle and regular cleaning.

🫧 Avoid over-cleaning them. If you clean your shoes every day, in the long run it can be counterproductive. Too frequent cleaning can accelerate material wear.

🌀 If possible, avoid using the washing machine. We cannot guarantee they will come out in good condition. If you need to machine wash them, we advise doing so on a short cycle, using neutral soap and no fabric softener.

🔥 Avoid heat sources. Do not use a dryer, radiator, or place them directly in the sun to dry. High temperatures can dry out and damage the rubber.

⚠️ Be careful with intense colors. Some strong tones may release some color if submerged in water. In these cases, it's best to clean them with a slightly damp and well-wrung cloth.

How to clean your shoes step-by-step:

🧹 Dry brush with a hard shoe brush to remove dust and surface dirt.

💧 Apply a little natural shoe cleaner to a soft shoe brush and moisten it slightly with water.

🧼 Rub gently to thoroughly clean the surface.

🧻 Remove moisture and dry the shoe with a clean cloth.

🌬️ Let them air dry, away from direct heat sources.

How to cancel an order? ❌

Up to 30 minutes after placing an order you can cancel it from the " My account " section. A full refund will be made and you will no longer be able to modify your order.

How to return an item? 👟

You have 30 days to make a return from our returns portal . Enter your order number and zip code and select the model you want to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a pickup. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will refund the amount less the return costs (€5 for Spain and €10 from Europe ).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original box. Do not stick the label on the shoe box, you must stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can use the same box they came in).

What if I want a change? 🔄

We do not have the option to change. If you want to exchange your shoes for others, you must make a return following the steps mentioned above and make a new purchase. Remember that shipping costs are free for orders over €90 in Spain.

Why does it say free change sometimes? 🆓

Exceptionally and coinciding with the shipping of the shoes purchased in pre-sale, we offer a faster exchange method that consists of obtaining a gift card for the amount of the shoes you return so that you can buy new ones of the same model and color but different size. We call it a "free exchange" because even if you make a return, we do not charge the €5 fee and we give you the full amount of the shoe on the gift card so you can place a new order. Remember that for pre-sale shoes shipping is free and for the rest it is free if it exceeds €90 in Spain.
