🌱 Microfibre (White) nubuck microfibre (blue, mustard, stone, pale pink). It has the same characteristics as natural leather but is more resistant, breathable and easy to clean.

👣 All our insoles can be removed and washed. Frequent washing of your insoles improves the health of your feet.

Specially designed to be breathable, lightweight, flexible and resistant . Made from micro-perforated technical fabric and a high-quality foam support that helps your feet to breathe.

Sole

👟 Flexible soles made of natural rubber. They have an excellent grip which makes them perfect for chasing your little one around!

Minimum thickness to reduce impact without losing contact with the ground.

⚠️ If you clean your shoes every day, it can be counterproductive in the long run. Excessive cleaning can contribute to accelerating the shoe's degradation.

❌ Do not put them in the washing machine because we cannot guarantee they will come out in good condition.
❌ Brightly coloured shoes may lose some of their colour if submerged in water. We recommend only using a well-wrung damp cloth to clean your footwear.

How to cancel an order? ❌

Up to 30 minutes after placing an order you can cancel it from the " My account " section. A full refund will be made and you will no longer be able to modify your order.

How to return an item? 👟

You have 30 days to make a return from our returns portal . Enter your order number and zip code and select the model you want to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a pickup. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will refund the amount less the return costs (€5 for Spain and €10 from Europe ).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original box. Do not stick the label on the shoe box, you must stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can use the same box they came in).

What if I want a change? 🔄

We do not have the option to change. If you want to exchange your shoes for others, you must make a return following the steps mentioned above and make a new purchase. Remember that shipping costs are free for orders over €90 in Spain.

Why does it say free change sometimes? 🆓

Exceptionally and coinciding with the shipping of the shoes purchased in pre-sale, we offer a faster exchange method that consists of obtaining a gift card for the amount of the shoes you return so that you can buy new ones of the same model and color but different size. We call it a "free exchange" because even if you make a return, we do not charge the €5 fee and we give you the full amount of the shoe on the gift card so you can place a new order. Remember that for pre-sale shoes shipping is free and for the rest it is free if it exceeds €90 in Spain.
