👁️‍🗨️ Trompe l'oeil: Thin and flexible sole, even if it doesn't seem like it. The side band protects the foot from impacts, respecting natural flexion.

🧼 Easy-to-clean technical materials by hand. Do not put in the washing machine . The drum and detergents can degrade the microfibre and rubber.

Outer material

Microfiber. It reproduces the characteristics of natural leather, but it holds up much better to the movements of our little ones🤸🏿. It has a soft and pleasant touch ; it is very light and breathable . In addition, it is very durable, can be cleaned very easily and dries very quickly.

The Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 class I seal certifies, by an independent laboratory, that it is ecological and free of agents harmful to health. In addition, this material has the European Vegetarian Union V-Level seal in the vegan category.

Lining

Foot comfort is important to us! 🤗 That's why we use a technical fabric in the lining and Coolmax® insoles. Designed to keep the foot dry for longer, removing sweat to the outside of the shoe.

Insoles

👣 Technical, flexible, breathable and removable insole: you can remove them to wash them, they dry very quickly! Material: Double layer, foam support with 🪨active carbon to prevent the formation of bacteria from sweat that cause bad foot odor. In contact with the foot, highly breathable Coolmax® technical fabric that keeps the foot dry for longer.

Sole

👟 Natural rubber sole that provides good grip and flexibility. Designed so that children can play and jump safely. Minimum thickness to reduce impacts without losing contact with the ground.

📢 In addition to the optimal properties it provides to footwear, the natural rubber sole generates less waste due to its ability to be reused during manufacturing. This makes it more sustainable and environmentally friendly.

⚠️ If you are one of those who clean your shoes every day, you should know that in the long run it can be counterproductive. Excessive cleaning can contribute to accelerating the deterioration of the shoe.

How to clean your microfiber mops:

🧹 Dry brush with a stiff shoe brush to remove excess dirt.
💧Put some natural shoe cleaner on a soft shoe brush and wet the brush lightly with water.
🧹 Brush the shoe .
🧼 Dry the shoe with a cloth.
🌟 Ready!

How to cancel an order? ❌

Up to 30 minutes after placing an order you can cancel it from the " My account " section. A full refund will be made and you will no longer be able to modify your order.

How to return an item? 👟

You have 30 days to make a return from our returns portal . Enter your order number and zip code and select the model you want to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a pickup. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will refund the amount less the return costs (€5 for Spain and €10 from Europe ).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original box. Do not stick the label on the shoe box, you must stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can use the same box they came in).

What if I want a change? 🔄

We do not have the option to change. If you want to exchange your shoes for others, you must make a return following the steps mentioned above and make a new purchase. Remember that shipping costs are free for orders over €90 in Spain.

Why does it say free change sometimes? 🆓

Exceptionally and coinciding with the shipping of the shoes purchased in pre-sale, we offer a faster exchange method that consists of obtaining a gift card for the amount of the shoes you return so that you can buy new ones of the same model and color but different size. We call it a "free exchange" because even if you make a return, we do not charge the €5 fee and we give you the full amount of the shoe on the gift card so you can place a new order. Remember that for pre-sale shoes shipping is free and for the rest it is free if it exceeds €90 in Spain.
