Outer Material
🌱Microfiber. It replicates the characteristics of natural leather but withstands the active play of our little ones 🤸🏿. It has a soft and pleasant touch; it's very lightweight and breathable. Moreover, it's highly durable, easy to clean, and dries quickly. The Oeko-Tex® Standard 100 class I certification guarantees that it's eco-friendly and free from harmful substances for health.
Lining
🌬️ Proper shoe transpiration is essential for foot health. 💚That's why all our shoes come with a technical and sporty lining that offers high breathability and quick drying. This helps to keep the feet dry and healthy.
🌱Certified ecological OEKO-TEX, STANDARD 100.
Insole
👣We've designed the insoles to keep the feet even drier. The lower support is made of foam with carefully studied density and activated charcoal 🪨 to prevent the formation of sweat bacteria that cause unpleasant foot odor. In contact with the foot, a breathable technical fabric that wicks sweat away.
🌱Certified ecological OEKO-TEX, STANDARD 100.
Sole
👟Flexible soles made of nitrile rubber. They provide excellent grip, perfect for little ones exploring the great outdoors.
🪐Minimal thickness to reduce impacts without losing ground contact.
📢 The nitrile sole is more flexible, resistant, and has better grip. In white color, it may have a slight yellowish tint, so keep this in mind!
How to clean your FEROZ leather shoes:
🧹 Dry brush with a hard shoe brush to remove excess dirt.🧹 Brush the toe rubber with a little soap and water.
🧼 Dry the rubber well with a cloth.
💧 Dampen a cloth with water and squeeze it well to remove any excess.
🤚🏻 Clean the whole shoe.
🧹 Brush the sole with a soft brush and water.
⌛ Leave the shoes to dry (but never in direct sunlight).
🧴When the shoe is dry, restore the leather by applying a layer of moisturizer or colourless shoe cream. Always apply the cream to a cloth first and then spread it over the shoe.

How to cancel an order? ❌
Up to 30 minutes after placing an order you can cancel it from the " My account " section. A full refund will be made and you will no longer be able to modify your order.
How to return an item? 👟
You have 30 days to make a return from our returns portal . Enter your order number and zip code and select the model you want to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a pickup. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will refund the amount less the return costs (€5 for Spain and €10 from Europe ).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original box. Do not stick the label on the shoe box, you must stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can use the same box they came in).
What if I want a change? 🔄
We do not have the option to change. If you want to exchange your shoes for others, you must make a return following the steps mentioned above and make a new purchase. Remember that shipping costs are free for orders over €90 in Spain.
Why does it say free change sometimes? 🆓
Exceptionally and coinciding with the shipping of the shoes purchased in pre-sale, we offer a faster exchange method that consists of obtaining a gift card for the amount of the shoes you return so that you can buy new ones of the same model and color but different size. We call it a "free exchange" because even if you make a return, we do not charge the €5 fee and we give you the full amount of the shoe on the gift card so you can place a new order. Remember that for pre-sale shoes shipping is free and for the rest it is free if it exceeds €90 in Spain.
