Superdedo is our favorite superhero.

🦸 He was born in a respectful shoe 👣and became strong to fight Madtacón and Lordcuña🦹‍♀️. His mission is to free his brothers and fight so that all the toes in the world have the space they deserve 🥰.

It is a 100% huggable stuffed animal, ready to accompany the little ones on all their adventures.
It measures 30cm high and is suitable for babies.

🧼Machine wash on a delicate cycle and with neutral soap. Avoid aggressive detergents and we recommend not using fabric softener.
⚠️ Do not put in the dryer . It may become deformed.
🌈High resistance sublimation textile. Does not fade.

How to cancel an order? ❌

Up to 30 minutes after placing an order you can cancel it from the " My account " section. A full refund will be made and you will no longer be able to modify your order.

How to return an item? 👟

You have 30 days to make a return from our returns portal . Enter your order number and zip code and select the model you want to return. Print the label and take it to the post office or request a pickup. Once the product arrives at our facilities we will refund the amount less the return costs (€5 for Spain and €10 from Europe ).
Remember that returned items must be unused, in perfect condition and in the original box. Do not stick the label on the shoe box, you must stick it on the bag or box you use as packaging (you can use the same box they came in).

What if I want a change? 🔄

We do not have the option to change. If you want to exchange your shoes for others, you must make a return following the steps mentioned above and make a new purchase. Remember that shipping costs are free for orders over €90 in Spain.

Why does it say free change sometimes? 🆓

Exceptionally and coinciding with the shipping of the shoes purchased in pre-sale, we offer a faster exchange method that consists of obtaining a gift card for the amount of the shoes you return so that you can buy new ones of the same model and color but different size. We call it a "free exchange" because even if you make a return, we do not charge the €5 fee and we give you the full amount of the shoe on the gift card so you can place a new order. Remember that for pre-sale shoes shipping is free and for the rest it is free if it exceeds €90 in Spain.
